Edit: Ok, it doesn't work without the 3D phone number check anyway, what makes this USELESS! Original: I tried to use this app without success :( Please, devs, product managers, support team, stakeholders: all the effort you put into creating such products is thrown away the moment the app doesn't work as expected. You either fix whatever problem is stopping you from providing the services you said this app provides or you take it out of the app store completely - it's your reputation.
Worst bank ever. RBB changed its policy for online banking 3 times over the past 2 years and now requests me to visit an office in Bulgaria to (reactivate) this app and travel 10.000km in corona times to stamp some signatures. I live in Asia ffs!! Somebody should tell them we are living in the 21st century with lots of cool online tools for secure ID verification!!
Why didn't they just use industry standard time-based one-time passwords like everyone else? That way you can use other excellent applications for managing these codes like Authy or Google Authenticator. And requiring a password on top of it?! Sigh.
Awful experience using Raiffeisen Token. Lock me and prevent me for using and be able to work with my own money, because they want me to go physically to a branch to verify my identity. I don't live in Bulgaria to do that anytime I like it. It's ridiculous
Quite possibly the worst app ever. Constantly being told to 'visit a branch' if you live in England.
I have already lost 3 hours trying to make this garbage work and finally I did not manage it. Why should it be so difficult and complicated? I am afraid that I will have to move to another bank if I am not able to use the web banking...
Visiting an office for activating a device is not exactly online friendly service.

This app is worthless.
The 30 minutes experience that I had with this app were terrible. Apparently, if you have selected the so called "Offline" 2FA option there is no way to change it to the token one without physically visiting an office. So now as they are experiencing some sort of outage with the SMS sending (offline 2FA version) I am stuck... Absurd...
