In one word worst app. Try to purchase ticket. In the app everything looks fine. transaction was done. After that no email. when I checked their website I found it was a failed operation. Now I have to wait 8 working days to get my money back. By the way this is the only app that you can back and forth the login screen by using the arrow key once you login. Seriously who develop this kind of junk.

Worst app out there. During heavy times like Saturday, also almost everyday whenever it's time, the server goes down and whole system crashes. It's almost impossible to be able to buy a ticket through this app and we don't have any other choice either. Absolute rubbish.

1. Problems with ticket buying system.the payment option is loading but not works. I tried several times, 20 times. 15 min delay for pending. Fix it quickly. 2. The main problem is that it has not any refund policy. If anyone cancel the trip, then this is not only the case with money refund but also it creates another opportunity to other passengers to buy ticket. Very bad. Improve this and add money refund at least two or one days before the trip.

Its service is very low quality. When logging in, you often ask for the password even though the password is saved in the account. Tickets often do not show. It is too late to get PDF after ticketing. Also, even after deducting a lot of money, tickets are not available. The whole thing is like Batpari.

Such a worst ticketing platform. It is a site maintained by highly corrupted people from the back end. Never ever found a single ticket. All the time most of the tickets are collected by the black markeeter. And they do that with the collaboration of people from the CNS. After that sell these tickets at a very high price. This is how they are robbering people since so many years.

IT is good, but we can purchase only 2 ticket in a month.at least 4 ticket should be available in a month. Food services are really bad. Also in the coach view it is the same kind of photo in different kinds of trains. But it is useful to know the informations like ticket fare,seat availability etc.The charges should be comfortable, its very high.After-all I want more services from it.

App needs to get updated. It looks way dated and the coach view option is just useless and incorrect. App stops working when ticketing tine begins in 6:00AM and hardly responds for an hour meanwhile the tickets gets sold online. But surely it is serving quite a purpose as it has made ticket booking way hassle free than before. Thanks for such an awesome application but please fix those issues.

Very poorly designed app. Ultra slow and confusing. I am shocked to see this kind of app is released by our Government who believes is Digital Bangladesh. * Installed new version. Keeps alarming with train sound in random time. For ex: at 12:30 AM showing that you have 1 hour for your train, but my train left at 9:00 pm. Pretty disturbing. Uninstalled it.

1. Free live tracking for the ticket holders are needed in this app. Live tracking like UBER or like Location Sharing option of Google. 2. In Coach View it is required to add actual coach images. 3. Notification Alert of upcoming travel is corrected. Last time I found the alert perfect. Overall very good, and can be improved more.

it is very annoying to log in every time I use the app. the app should be able to show trains position without having to send message from the phone. i was not able to select seat even on the day of the journey, it keeps saying that seat selection is a a available only before 120hours from the journey. once it sent me wrong email.

Most weird and worst application I have used in my entire life. Filled with lag and bug. No use of good UI/UX. There is no option to save login information. A consumer have to fullfill every single information in each login. That's sucks. Moreover, this app is too slow. Feels like I'm using prehistoric internet connection. -_-

Works quite fine actually. But there are updates of Intercity trains only. We the people who travels everyday for emergency, sometimes at different times, need to know whichever trains is on the way. So I'll just request to add all the trains on the list including the local ones too.

It is working much, much slower than in previous versions. Like, a function that used to take about 1 second, is now taking several minutes. Uninstalling this version, and reinstalling the old version fixes the problem, but I would like to use the new features.

This another worst app to receive service. This app is so slow, back button doesn't make the app close. Lack of informatiins with worse UI. Train list, time and fare is not visible on first search result. I recommend the developers to check "where is my train app" for betterment of this app.

Stupid Apps. At 6 O'Clock I was waiting to buy some emergency ticket. But after processing, while making payment apps does not route to payment gateway. Moreover when I have tried from web version, that shows to wait for 30 minutes to complete current request. Coming back to app, I can't find option to go to payment gateway.

I have faced a problem while e-ticketing with bkash. It shows it's loading but I couldn't pay with bkash after waiting for a long time. I tried several times but faced the same issue. Then I bought ticket directly from bkash app. And I didn't face that problem while doing that. Maybe it's a kind of bug. Please fix this issue. Otherwise,overall the interface is very clean and smooth.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever seen. Firstly UI/UX is is disappointing. Secondly the app doesn't work smoothly. Thirdly, In this 21st century tracking train is sms based! How funny! You made it just to embezzle public money. If you don't know the abc of making an app, go to your nearest grocery and take a "লেমুনচুস".

Its okay to get train schedule, rout, e-ticket etc. Which is very good indeed. But to be more customer centric and provide beter service to customers, updates of train location or rebjced schedule shall be notified to the passengers. Although there is seperate SMS platform for train location tracking, integrated Solution in Rail sheba app would be helpful.

Worst app. It again and again ask me whether I want to save my password in google or not even if I say save. The connection of this app with the server is incredibly slow even with a 4G connection. The UI is badly designed.

Hi! First of all, this is a great initiative. I have a suggestion ; It would be great if you keep the seat & passengers selection module only one in the top. Or the train selection module at the top via drop down, then seat selection. Current UI for this is messy and not user friendly.

Very poor service... There's no tracer in the app. You have to send message manually to track train. Also they use same picture for every train in the photo gallary. I was trying to buy ticket online. But the server was down. So i Checked tickets available 90 before leaving home. Then i wemt to the station to buy ticket manually. Bought ticket and returned home. And guess what still 90 seat is available in the app

Shows wrong information. For example, there are lots of trains for Dhaka-Tangail, even a special train for Tangail only. But the app and even the web version always shows 'no train found' for any date. Thinking of uninstalling it.

Food options need to be updated, because it's still not showing the available caterer details and their food menu to order food in journey section though caterer information section showing the details of caterer against their dedicated train.

I was using the app in split screen mode for some reason. After payment, I turned off split screen mode, and it happened to be the exact moment the app was returning from the payment gateway. As the app came back to fill the screen, it refreshed, meaning my payment was done but didn't receive the ticket. Who designs such crappy app?

1. From last 2_3 month facing problem on payment option. When click on payment it doesn't go ahead. Really pathetic. 2. If turned back then not possible to go payment option directly. Need to wait 30 minutes to cancel it. 3. According to seat allocation doesn't match with physical seat. i.e if I select 1 seat from 2 seat location then physically found that seat allocation with 3 seats. Should be improved. 4. There is no option for ticket cancellation & refund.

I forgot my password but when i want to recover my password it shows a pin has been sent to my registered mobile number for this account. From some daysI everytime i request for pin and it doesn't come to for a single time, for the cause i can not login and can't get the benefits of app. I believe the developer will resolve this bug in a short time

Very very dissapointing.Waste off gov.money.UI and graphics are so bad.Too much slow.Train tracking system is so funny. 1.All time seat selection should be added,not only before 120 hours. 2.UI should be changed. 3.Live train tracking should be added by tracking device. 4.All Train picture must be added.
