The app was working perfectly fine, then you had to add an update which my phone was forced to do and it won't update it just keeps buffering has been buffering for a week.. you tech guys always got to cluck with something that's working perfectly fine, and then wreck it
This app is okay. We need a way to save the trlr we are looking up so that we don't have to type the number again. Sometimes you have to swipe the qr code several times to get the kiosk to read it. I think the more you try to funnel us into using our phones for rail pass creates more distractions.
I give 0 stars,it may be the system here at the rail in Stockton,takes more time,kiosks won't scan,if you try to enter the code,it comes up invalid,and you end up having to goto the driver assist building,which is no longer manned by a live person.so app sux.
I keep getting an error message with the login. I called your customer support line, it doesn't give me the options I need (1,3) this stinks and is frustrating. I'm a busy person and don't have time to fart around with this.
App doesn't work correctly. Keeps going to drive safely mode even when I am not in a moving truck. Completely worthless with no support program for how to correct the problem.
This app is a joke. Vary difficult to use. When it actually works. And you can't get any help to try and figure out what the problem is. We are trucker's. Not computer science majors. And they say there's a shortage of trucker's. I wonder why. I've been all day trying to get a appointment for pickup on my container. With no success. And no help. I'm going to look for something else to haul. This is just not worth the hassle.
They have worked to improve the app (and, the ingate/outgate system). Now, with the fingerprint enabled, ingating is faster and easier than the way it used to be.
Doesn't save time at the gate. Barcodes don't scan, still have to go through the same on screen process whether your rail pass is planned or not.
I'm unable to do anything in the app due to having no available SCAC codes available to choose a default from, and I can't seem to figure out who to get in contact with to fix the problem.
App works good. Only problem i have is the inability to bobtail into some of the yards. Please add all yards for inbound as bobtail.
ADD SEARCH SORT please please please let us create our personal list of booking or boxes ,we dont wanna see old boxes in our list ,which are damaged and they are cant be use add sound notifications about new boxes at hub add damage report through app
Works good but a lot of internal error messages that pop up and will not allow you to reset...

My tucks have been deleted and can not reload them why? No one knows. No support number, the number bnsf gave me doesn't help with rail pass.
App was fine until last update. Now it doesn't show u all empty containers.
Works exactly as needed.
Maybe next time put out a notification that we need to update instead of us having to find out and download in the ingate kiosk....
Rail pass works sometimes if your lucky... Since the new update a few days ago the rail pass completely became unuseable since it will not update...
This app dosen't work since it updated a few days ago cannot get to see the empty list after putting booking number in
New update needs too much info and moves very slow now, I don't even use it anymore.
tells me to update then when i try to do so tells me the app cannot be updated, tried uninstalling and redownloading but it won't let me
Doesn't work. Rarely registers a way bill. and if it does you're already at the rail
Every other week they delete everything you do and there's no way to look back what you did. No email what you did either like UPGo app
The app would be great if it worked properly. Ever since the last update the "blocked for your safety" has become an issue. Before the update you could back out of it, now you have to restart the app. I'm assuming its supposed to come on while driving but that seems to be the only time it doesn't come on. Sitting at the in/outgate or in a spot reporting parking or attempting to set up an outgate and it comes on and has to be restarted. Works perfectly fine while driving looking for an empty.
