Photos blurred on mobile deposit multiple times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, changed camera settings and it still comes out blurry no matter how focused it is before taking the photo. I have a Galaxy s10. I have to get new account with another bank because mobile deposit is my only way to deposit and the system keeps rejecting my checks. Been on and off the phone trying to get a solution. Keeps getting rejected and I can't keep doing this every week.
Been locked out so many times by the fingerprint scanner. You cannot make payments on Railroad credit union credit cards which is mildly infuriating. I'm about to switch banks just because of how terrible it is trying to use their app and because of the pure inconvenience it has caused me.
Been "unable to access database" for app and website a few times when trying to login and essential information was needed.
Work great except at certain times it's very difficult to sign in
Wont update balance. Call the number on the card and they wouldnt help me.
The connectivity issue with this app is the worse. I do like the new interface. It look more current with other mobile banking app but other app don't have connections issue like this app. Please fix. I can't go above 3 stars until this is better.
Tried to install this app but it keeps asking me for my username and it keeps on wanting to reset my information but then sends the code to email addresses I've never seen it will not let me put my email in it I just hope I haven't been robbed
Horrible terrible place they turned me down for credit after being with them for 10years, and my credit score was over 800, no problem I went to Lexus Financial Services and got approved for a $ 100.000 car, so thank you, Lexus Financial Services !!!!
New to the RIFCU Family and new to the app but so far I think it is great. Simple to use and allows you to take care of pretty much everything without stepping into the CU.
This app constantly has issued I can't even deposit a check so I won't have to drive to the bank.. I honestly think it's time to switch banks

Working fine until you realize it doesnt update quick enough. Very inconvenient i just needed to know my correct balence...

My statement balance and my available balance is backwards in the app. No one seems to know how to fix it. Please don't bother to tell me to reinstall the app... I've done it a dozen times to no avail.
