- 10% discount when ordering round-trip tickets on the "Intercity+" trains;
- discounts when ordering the 1st class tickets on the "Intercity+" trains: 30 and more days prior – 15%, 29-25 days prior – 10%, 24-15 days prior – 5%;
- "Bonus program" for the 1st class passengers of the "Intercity+" trains;
- concessional travel for full-time students on the "Intercity" trains, class 2, 3, berth and ordinary coaches;
- travel discounts for children aged 6 to 14 years in accordance with the official rules of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia";
- free travel for children under 6 years old without a separate seat.
KEY FEATURES:
- user-friendly interface available in three languages;
- boarding a train in one click with QR code: just launch the app, rotate your smartphone to a horizontal position, and a ticket with the nearest departure time will immediately appear on the screen. As it was already mentioned in some of feedbacks, app has been crashing on Pixel with Android 10 for over 6 month. I believe, it was possible to find and fix issue for this period of time
1. If you push "back", cancel or fail payment for some reason, a seat remains blocked for 15+ minutes for everyone including you. So you can't try to buy it again. 2. You can't immediately return a ticket if you made a mistake, even by calling to support (you will loose almost all value of the ticket). 3. Application remember last searched direction but it resets a date to today's date which increases a chance that you will accidentally buy a ticket for today while was searching for tomorrow.
I believe my previous review been deleted. Anyway, I still cant make it work... why don't you guys make it more like the UzAirways site. Where in the interface you can show the available trains on the specified date, and let us choose which one we want to purchase? The way this app is built is not easy to use.
Can you do login without requiring permission to access contacts? I know that device accounts fall under contacts category, but give users an option to just input email and password manually, without providing permission. UPD: thanks for fast reply, but I already mentioned that I know why you need this permission, since I am developer myself, but I still don't trust your app, so please, provide the requested feature of entering email and password without contacts permission.
It works well most of the time. But what is looks strange to me that no matter how early I am buying a ticket, I can't find low couch... Yes, I realize that tjis had nothing to do with the App... :-)
Fine app, but you can't edit a ticket. A ticket price is not changed on the flight when you select a tea or a meal. It is displayed only when you book a ticket. So you have to cancel a ticket and book it once again to reject a tea.
It was an awesome app. You could buy tickets online, check them via the app anytime, super convenient. It's a shame that it is no longer supported :(
Was ok, until possibility to login with email and password was removed. Unfortunately, giving this app permissions to contacts is overkilling despite of devs explanation. Just provide alternative way to login, as it was previously.
Good and simple application to buy tickets fastly. But, unfortunately I haven't found an OAuth authorization through Google account. I'd suggest you guys to implement this feature, it is much easier to access to account than of typing your credentials.
I was really surprised how good it was. UZ made a huge step here and I hope they will continue in this direction. Feature request - in returns it would be nice to have all bought tickets displayed, so we don't have to write all information down.
mobile app and site itself don't show all trains e.o. to Kyiv. (106 Chernomorets). so removed the app. Почему не могу найти 106 Поезд в Киев ?? дикость. удалил приложение. сайт также не показывает (правый side bar for quick ticket search and order).
as improvement, there could be an option for the app to remember creditcard , so that it would only require ccv number for each new purchase. maybe two or three creditcards in memory
Good application. It would be nice to see the whole coach on the preview. And to see the head of the train to know are the seats in the direction of travel.
So far so good. It would be nicer to have an ability to pay using Google Pay feature to skip filling in a card details.
Nice simple app for a national railway operator. Keeps my tickets, so I don't need to deal with them as separate files.
Not an expert, but, have looked at other websites, stumbled upon this and it's pretty basic. But effective!

I like this application: it is really easy to navigate, to find and to purchase the tickets.
Shouldn't even be on Google play store if it's not supported. I'm not talking about Android version conflict, I'm taking about plain absence of link in between Ukrainian railway official website, where you purchase tickets, and this placeholder app.

Can't sign in neither through authorization nor google account nor Facebook login. The same issue for all type: a popup was shown "please wait" and disappeared in a moment without any success, still prompt to login window. Have tried clear cache, storage and re-install the application
