My rainbow is not working anymore, it keeps on saying that it is waiting for connection... even when my 5G is on. Any help??
Although there are problems here and there they get fixed within a week or two of reporting an issue. The app is intuitive and user-friendly with great audio/video quality and fantastic conferencing options. I'm sticking around because the dev team is great and responsive as well as the app fulfills all of my personal and business needs.
Great app, but i noticed that this app does not obey the "Silent mode" even when the phone is set for it. if someone calls me on my Galaxy Note 9 (where the earpiece doubles up as a mini "added" speaker, my ringtone starts blaring through the earpiece speaker rven on silent. this is quite an annoyance as suddenly the office gets to hear Ringtones even though ive done what i could to silent my device, and is disruptive in meetings. i think other devices with similar audio config have same problem
After the recent update the app is entirely messed up. I have the below issues. 1. Call button not visible. 2. Offline for last 6 days notification is visible even if I'm online. 3. Error fetching the message history. kindly update these bugs soon. please
This version is not showing all buttons on display. You have to press where you think there is a button to answer questions like do you want to allow this app to check contacts? Then you do not see the button that says yes in order to press it. Also the digits are not shown on the keypad. Only the letters are shown. An urgent fix is needed. The issue has been solved. Somebody changed the themes with one that does not show the digits.
Latest update on July 5th, when VoIP is switched off and a call is being made to or from Rainbow, the call is only seen as an ISDN call and doesn't show in Rainbow. This was not the case before. And the app also restarts when trying to make a call.
Okay, first of all, connection isn't good. it keeps disconnecting and I have to call 15 times just to connect. Uninstalled it for school purposes. And now that I decided to install it again to call someone, it says that my email does not exist? Like what? Be good to your users and fix this please. As soon as possible.
Allow notification access for Rainbow? Rainbow will be able to read all notifications, including personal information such as contact names and the text of messages that you receive. It will also be able to dismiss notifications or trigger action buttons that they contain. This will also give the app the ability to turn Do Not Disturb on or off and change related settings. Can you guys tell.... for what the Hell do you need access to the users notification???
One of the worst app ever to have any kind of calingl. I had a meeting due and just when about to enter, it prompted me the username and password and when I auto filled the fields with my CORRECT credentials,it said my credentials are incorrect and my account was blocked for 15 minutes. Never schedule any kind of meetings, conferences or anything in this app if you want to attend on time. The audio quality is poor, the user interface is poor, everything about it is poor.
Since your last update everything seems off. Audio/video signals are off. App keeps crashing and now I can't even place a call because it says my contacts are busy. i hope the issues get resolved.
At first the video quality is very clear. But after how many mins. I'm experiencing Connection Error every time I'm going to call or if I am going to open this apps again.
Cloud service based application. Has more features than Whatsapp and any other apps available in the market. Supports all high end business features required by the SMB and Corporates. Need improvements over user interface and usability, some features lags sometimes. ALE team should more focus on development & testing of code, before implementation of code.
it used to work amazing, now it just shows connection in progress and after it connects and I get an incoming call im unable to answer it even after clicking on the answer button and the same goes for the other end.
It shows the message is sent but on reloading the app you see the message wasn't sent because of the internet issue. No indication or what so ever. Call quality also drops to unexpected level
The app is crashing, when I another new app call(one from teams and other already call connected in. Rainbow) after than the apps doesn't respond properly. Call buttons of some groups are missing.
Very poor service It block me access time and again most of the time I cant give calls out even when the internet is available . Worse experience ever!!!!!!!!!
Always showing error as error occurred while retrieving the message.. And log out automatically. Try sending mail to helpline still not solved Very poor performance.
It has some issues, however, it works, it has an user friendly interface, calls are clear of interference and sounds good.
I find this app way better than other similar apps. Voice , messaging , screen sharing and video . Absoute must for bussiness.
This was a very good app, but recently after the update, the video gets disconnected. its frustrating. Please fix.the bug
Overall I really like this app. It works well for work. One feature I would like put back in though it to manually say that you are "online" not just "online on mobile".
Video clarity is much better compared to sound, I couldn't hear anything. Hope you solve the error soon. Thank you.
Too many issues that make one highly frustrated. If you need help there's this robot Emily that is useless. I think this app needs to be updated very badly.
The app is good. But aftr the last upd8 on oct29 2k18. Aftr. Few minuties. Its closes automaticaly nd shows not responding
Doesn't work well in China. And need a dark mode! Otherwise, the software is nice to use.
great application especially when we are all stuck at home. so easy and much easy to use than others.
Ever since this update, I have not been able to answer my desk phone through the app on my Galaxy S21. Please fix it. *Update* Alcatel has worked with me to resolve the issue. Thank you so very much for being responsive to my issues.
