Great app until most recent Samsung Update. No longer works on my Galaxy s9+. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I tried rebooting my phone. I tried uninstalling the app, then rebooting the phone and then reinstalling and it still won't work. it either opens and then tells me service is temporarily unavailable, or it opens, freezes and then closes itself. Very inconvenient. please fix!
Won't let me login to my account, I am able to login perfectly fine using chrome but the app just won't allow me to login. Keeps saying "Invalid signon" like my login information is wrong but it's not... Please help me so I can use the app, I know it'd be much more convenient. I'll rate 5 stars once my issue is resolved. Thank you!!
DFCU app does not work with my 9s+ since the most recent update. Please fix it as soon as possible. I rely on that app every day so it is really an inconvenience not having it. I would give zero stars if it would let me.
Samsung Galaxy S9 updated and I can't open my banking! I uninstalled and reinstalled and still no luck. I hope this is fixed soon!

I downloaded the app to my Samsung Galaxy A20 & signed up. I logged on one time & then It immediately locked me out. There isn't anyway to get help. Just a terrible app!

loved the app until it stopped working on my Samsung galaxy S9+. It Stopped working after the last system update.
I have a Samsung phone and the app asks for a pin after I enter my login information, then says it keeps stopping and won't work.
Best app I've seen for home banking. It is simple to use and visually pleasing. I can do everything I need to with this app.
When it works, 50% of the time great. The other 50% is infuriating!!!!!

The mobile deposite function doesn't upload the picture. It lets you take a picture and shows you the picture but does nothing after that. When you hit the back button it brings you back to the intial screen but with neiter the front or back pictures saved. When you hit submit, it says needs pictures. Tried on different phone and saw no issues.
