Rainbow Shops

Giving a 5 star rating because of the cheap prices and details on the clothing. To rate the clothing, I would call it mediocre. The Jeans are nice and the tank tops are but a lot of the shirts are something I would walk by in a store. A lot of crop tops, tacky designs and see through material. Some of the dresses are nice. A lot of the coats looked like crop tops, very thin and really just not something to look at if you're searching for something warm. Doesn't look like a Wish duplicate.

Last update is horrible! I'm a regular Rainbow shopper. I'm very dissatisfied with the last update. I'm not able to have a personal account anymore. The shopping experience is horrible. Constantly get a message that this page is temporarily unavailable....... When the update happened I lost all of my items that were in the cart. Didn't get any kind of warning that I would lose my cart.

I am so dissatisfied with this new update. I no longer have my own account to see past history purchases. Another issue is when I add items 2 the bag I have to keep refreshing to see the recent added items, on top of that just like that and out of the blue my items were gone and bag was empty. At first I thought it was my phone, so I restarted it and it wasn't that, I deleted it and reinstalled and nothing. Reading the latest comments just now proves that this app's update has a ton of issues.

New update is horrible. Every time I try to view a item it tells me something about too many people in my network trying to access a website and to try again. The app is extremely slow as well. Its too much work just to shop I just ended up leaving the app alone and going on the website from the internet instead.

The app is ridiculous now, after being signed in and shopping for months, it signed me out. now there is no where to sign in. My cart is empty and I can't find my orders. There is very few options and when I do get to a page I recognize, it tells me I can go no further without update, so I go to play store to upgrade and nothing is there. Makes me think it's no longer safe to shop with you all.

I love shopping from Rainbow online but after this recent update, all I have to ask is why did you take away the wishlist? Also, I can't even use the search tool. I am not impressed at all with the way you changed the look on the website and you certainly have some more bugs to fix in this. As for the quality of the clothing, it is most definitely worth it. Very nice quality. It is just very poor design of the website. You all downgraded. I never thought there was anything wrong with it before

If I could give this app ZERO stars, I would!!! I can't even sign in. Then when I try to reset my password, it says that it has sent a password change request to my email, but I never received any email. I've tried several different times & several different ways, like uninstalling & reinstalling but nothing ever works. I even tried waiting 4 months or more before installing the app, in the hope's that an update would have been done to the app, but even that didn't work!!!! I so frustrated !!

App no longer works, multiple people have posted the same problem. I will uninstall for now. Love the actual Rainbow store though. But as far as the App review, it no longer loads and prior to that, the app no longer has the "Wishlist" option which i liked. I no longrr havr a need to have this App.

Honesty, I totally love this app store and have spent over $600 on online orders throughout the last 8 months. Although, I really wish they would add the actual brand of the item under the details. Not all clothes are Rainbow brand and they're not always accurate in size. I had to return my whole 1st order bc nothing was the correct fit. Other than that, I've been enjoying all the different styles and fashions. Waiting on my next order as we speak! I'm kinda obsessed with it now so be careful.

I'm so disappointed, been shopping with rainbows for a long time and I've never had a problem up until now. so I recently put in an order online, not only did it take them a long time to deliver my order but when i finally got it some of the items I ordered were different. like for instance I ordered a body suit and ended up with a tank top instead also ordered a certain type of sandal and received a totally different pair of sandals. I sent an email to customer care and have gotten no response

The app USE to work great, but now as soon as I open the app, it closes and crashes. Instead of the app, I have to use the website and there's no place on the site where I can view my account information. Very frustrating. I wanted to order more items that I already purchased, but now I have to go searching for them piece by piece. Please fix the app. It's almost not even worth the effort to shop.

My first time using the app and my order is late!! I paid extra to have it delivered in 2(two) days & still haven't arrived! 2 days was yesterday! If Amazon can do it, then Rainbow should be able to accomplish that...seeming how I paid. And the app loads very slow or @ times not at all. Fix it! The store is great but app giving it bad rap.

The app takes way too long to load. Sometimes, it takes up to a few minutes before the loading screen reveals the app's storefront. Everything else seems fine, but the loading is a big hassle.

I used the app to order some new clothes and I made an account. But they did not fit so I sent them back. But recently something has gone wrong with the app because I cannot log in to my account. There isn't even a login. It keeps telling me to update the app but when I go knto Google Play to update it, there isn't even an option to update it. So now I am still stuck without new clothes. 🤷

Account Info Gone. I can no longer log into my account to see my order history and the filters are gone. What point is having an update if the update is worse than the previous one. This needs to be fixed asap!

Something not right. Rainbow app has undergone a update but you don't have access to see account or history anymore or log in. Also when clicking on certain clothing items I receive this page cannot be displayed and try another site. Not sure what's going on but I will not be shopping at Rainbow any longer. ☹

I love Rainbow and the convenience of the app. However,not has some SERIOUS technical issues. The buffering, loading, glitching, and force closing is really annoying. Please Fix :)

The new update is ridiculous! I lost the items in my cart, i cant see past history anymore. The app keeps crashing and saying unavailble. Fix the issues! The app was fine without the lastest update!

Affordable and good variety of supplies to choose from. The app is very convenient and easy to understand.; but sometimes the app glitches alot.

The app has stopped working. It just keeps loading but nothing is happening. Also sends you notifications you can't open. Buy from their web page if you need something. Dont download the app. Waste of time.

The update is horrible!! Please fix this asap. I am unable to see past shopping history and many other issues. I am just going to delete and shop at another online app. Goodbye to my 3 year partnership with Rainbow. 😡
