We are unable to subscribe for the deliveries on specific days of every week. When i want to get things, say, for example, every Wednesday and Sunday, there is no way. Fthdaily has got very good flexibility. Please implement in a similar way. Also add the feature to be able to modify the frequency of existing subscription instead of deleting it and creating new one. Fthdaily has all these features. Hope you too implement them.

Pathetic, no improvement at all. I was an initial user of their services during the time of RainCan. I had to swicth services, because it was impossible to get any useful Customer Service. I recently tried to restart their services, but it's still impossible to get a response. Their phone numbers are a SHAM! which simply disconnect without EVER answering. And their CHAT feature takes days to answer and then closes the conversation if you do not answer within seconds, citing you are offline.

Poor service. Product shows as delivered but the order is never recieved. I have forgotten the number of times I have raised this. And after talking to the customer care I was told that the product will be delivered in 60 mins even that never happened. Twice a item was delivered which was escalated but no actions were taken on that too. And your chat system is poor too. It lags a lot. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. THUMBS DOWN!

Unreliable for anything other than milk. The frequency with which items get marked by them as "Returned" at the last moment is remarkable. Their "offers" are so complicated, even a rocket scientist will not understand them. They never bother to ring the doorbell, even though that option is selected. Customer service chat takes forever to assign agents/respond. Every time they say it won't happen again, but guess what... Just lip service following their script.

The fresco products are good. Like the options available with lesser quantity to pick from. Hi team, the products are great. can you try to use some packaging. I seem to be missing products when i order multiple items. One time out of the list seems to be missing very often.

The app is ok but the service and support is not up to mark. Subscribed order is not delivered once a while or something else is delivered. Everytime they promise not to repeat it but it keeps happening. It happened 4 times in a month. And there is no escalation matrix and contact information. Very bad support.

Very bad experience. In every order some of the items will be missing and for refunds need to struggle with customer support. Moreover marking the items as delivered but in actual those were not delivered. It's better to go out and buy from local vendors. Very much disappointed.

MISERABLE. My entire order is missing and they're showing as delivered on the app. I checked every hour for my order but didn't received. Costumer care is the worst part, I am trying to rech them since morning but no one connects, tried reaching out to them through chat as well but no response from there as well. I want to stop their services, but I money in the wallet that I can't withdraw now. They're very prompt about new subscription but how disgusting when it comes to resolve issues.

Using bbdaily for more than 4 years now, have faced quality and quantity issues throughout, specially for subscribtions. They deliver either wrong product (cheaper variety of banana) or less weight (50-100 grams of difference) Upon complaining they do refund, but it's a non-sense to waste time every morning but weighing the deliveries and reaching out customer care. Looking for an alternative now.

This app isn't reliable anymore. Can't rely for sure deliveries. Have to order from binkit and instamart. Most of the time items are not delivered. Shouldn't show in stock if something is not available. Don't know why, after Tata acquisition, problems have increased. Items are either refunded or shown as to be deliver ed but never delivered. Customer service takes upto 20 minutes in responding on chat, that too is frustrating. Can rely on this only if services are improved.

It's overall good app, but there are glitches, it's happened few times, my order was not delivered, but the status says delivered. When I called customer rep, they told redelivery will be arranged in 60 Mins, but nothing moved. Chat support is useless. Call support is tough to connect. Service is convenient, but delivery and support is pathetic.

Have started using the app recently. Subscribed for milk and buying other products using buy once option. 2 times wrong products were delivered. Tried to reach customer care but no revert on chat, no reply to emails, call centre is always busy.. just impossible to get in touch with the customer care. Could connect to customer care once after trying for atleast 9-10 times. Second complaint is still pending. Very very poor customer care. Spinach delivered through buy once option was rotten

The deliveries are irregular. The mechanism for disputing the delivery is pathetic. You need to provide your email id, phone number and wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Many days you need to chat with them multiple times, need to repeat the same information. Also in the chat option there is an option to select pictures from the gallery but it doesn't work. Though the executives are helpful, the app needs many improvements.

Stay away from BB Daily.....rubbish service, subscription are delivered as and when they have ...most of the time, they just don't deliver, and customer services/ response on chat / phone is non existent. Cannot cancel or modify the subscription, as it shows I have not active subscription, but orders page shows pending deliveries.

I've already reached out to their email support without a resolution. They deliver to a building 100 meters away but not ours. The process of getting a building listed is extremely complicated and looks like it will take several years because they intend to take surveys from all residents. I'd rather make arrangements with local shops.

The app is complicated and not very dynamic where subscriptio options can not be changed from monthly to daily subscription after applying any offer codes. If you delete the subscription for changing the frequency from monthly once to daily all days of month, the offer codes are not accepted. This is case even when the subscription start date is after 2 days.

Very bad customer support. they only send system generated message. It's been one week I am not getting proper service. Status is product delivered. Agent says pls check once again. Come on... Every now and then we can't go to check door step. After some time agent will refund money. Once in month it's acceptable..but whole week not at all acceptable. They really need some synchronised delivery system. I am using this service when it was Raincan.....

Initially when I got the app, the service was prompt and customer service was excellent. But since last month it has become the worst. Delivery is not proper and Customer care providers doesn't respond on Email, chats and call at all. My money got deducted without ordering anything. Worst application.

I have ordered grapes it was in discount. Later they have cancelled it by saying its unavailable.. I can see its available in there app but with higher cost.. If you guys cant afford to give discounts than why putting items in discount...secondly i wanted to cancel all my placed order but that is not allowed as user.. But bbdaily can cancel any item just by saying unavailable..

Whenever I raise a query with your chat representatives, it takes a while for them to respond. I hope I am not supposed to keep my app open till the time they reply, because sometimes it takes them upto an hour to connect and reply. If I exit the app, I do not receive the chat notifications of when they reply. I am not sure if its an issue with the app or am I not setting it up properly. But please look into it. Edit: Thanx for the reply. Will do it.

The customer support is absolutely unresponsive and the phone numbers do not connect. It was an absolutely horrible experience. The app does not allow you to type your full address and hence it is better to use Zepto, Dunzo or Swiggy instamart

A subscription is added for my previous residence without my knowledge, and my whole wallet balance was used. No notification for subscription started, got to know only when I received a message about low wallet balance. Edit : no reply on my email. And chat support is even worse.

The app is slow running like its services. Even if the product is not delivered. We get message as delivered. Ordered items were not delivered neither refunded even after following up for days. No means to contact customer care. Call and chat is ineffective as they do not respond. Once i kept the bag outside and the next day the product was not delivered and the bag was missing. There is no means to contact delivery agent. I recommend not to subscribe from this app.

Horrible experience.. 1. Few products missing during delivery. 2. At times get late.. which i understand. 3. Main point is that if im facing above issues, I go to chat support... I get a reference ID but there is no reponse from the other side... no representative is there to reply my query... i get stranded in the morning as I have plenty of work. Secondly when I go on contact us, iam waiting n listening to IVR but dont get any response. Beacuse of all this iam very happy with the app..

Today I ordered pumpkin... Received in 11 min but it was expired.... Tried to reach out their cce but all invain.. Then I tried to returned but there was no such option available.... Then again I tried to get customer support where they have kept lots of solution to the issues.. But none of them is accessible for example refund or return option etc.

Very poor sevice and the app is not beneficial to customers . Almost all my subscriptions since last 15 days are not delivered and the answer was due to operational issues or technical issues. And if such things running in the app why do u run this app. There will be no message in advance for the items which they were not able to deliver so that we can buy it in advance.
