Yes this app is very good I like it simple to use and well done, To others that have problems with the amount ..you can make the rain gauge larger (use the edit) also ,you can type the amount in and it will accept it !! you are not limited to 100 ml ,.I have been using this for 12 months or so, no problems whatsoever,no bugs ,no hardly visible ads, just simple to use I can't believe it's only 2.7

This was a great app, very simple to use and easy to compare rainfall over time. After upgrading my phone I simply cannot import three years if data. I can still see it on my old phone but if I synchronize on my new phone it does not import old data. Is there any assistance regarding resolving the issues that I have?

I needed to hard reset my tablet due to space issues. I made a backup of my data to make sure I don't loose my data of the last 3 years. When I reinstalled the app I only had data for 2017 and a small portion of 2018. Restoring the backup did not change anything. I wrote an email to the developer and only received an email back to check if I am not a robot. For reference, I attached my backup file. Still no reply. I am now trying to find another app, or I will just start my own spreadsheet.

No import function. You can backup, but cannot restore. Sync function very unstable, keep losing data because of unstable sync function. Cannot transfer data from old phone to new phone.

I have been using this app for past 2 and half years. Great app, but I have upgraded to a new phone and all my data is lost. Although the app backed up regularly, it seems that I nolonger have access to it. The app do not allow to enter previous year's readings. Is there a way I canbe assisted?

It does not allow one to capture a rainfall which is higher than 100mm. Secondly, changing the rain gauge size does not work. Changing it to say 200mm leaves the slider still only working to the original scale of 100

You should be able to enter the exact measurement not use a slide scale that only measures in whole millimetre increments. I live in a low rainfall Area, and quite often the rainfall is very low. I need to be able to log 1.3 mm or 2.5 mm as required.

Okay, happy camper status restored... the "lost data" and backups have now been reinstated (phew!) Now keeping an off device copy of the backup file Incas this happens again... I suspect it was Google update related more than this app. But I'll never find out.

Have used this for 3.5 yrs. Works fine until today when it is asking me to sign in or create an account. Cant find any record of me creating an account so appear to have lost all the data.😡😡 Luckily had taken a recent screenshot.

Super buggy, can't sync so downloaded old data off one phone to put on another and won't import data. It's just getting really frustration to use now and I'm looking for another app

Been using this app for a few years but you can't backup anywhere but internal storage and there's no app to read the backup data

I had the app on my phone for over 2 years. Then I cleared my phone. Log in agian to the rain logger and all the data for the last 2 years gone. Stupid that the app does not auto back up data. Why use a email account?

last update broke the app. app crashes everytime I try to open it with error message "connection to server was unsuccessful". I can't access any of my records

Cumbersome to use, won't close, needs someone to look at user interface for time it starts to rain. It's also VERY slow.

I have lost data for two years unexpectedly and could not retrieve it. Currently, once opened, the app does not close on my Android system using a Samsung J5Pro. I need to look for another app to use.

I used to save all my rain data on this app and loved using it for 3 years. Then just one day all my historical data was gone, the app just lost 3 years of valuable data. Very disappointing.

Works well but has a maximum of 100mm per day. My rainfall was 130mm yesterday, looking for a better app now.

App helped me to keep record of rainfall. Changed to new phone and now all data lost as I can not get old data back from app

Nice little app, unfortunatly gauge only records 100mm, where i live we can get up to 200-250mm in one storm, so would be great if gauge recorded to at least 200mm. Thanks

Was an ok app that could have been better and then it lost all me data after an update. I have contacted the developer and have had no response. One star is too many. Not happy.

Has been great and easy to use but today randomly logged me out and when I logged back in there are no rain gauges. Have lost all my data that I have been gathering.

Great app, easy to use. I would like to be able to set a default reading time of my choice. It currently defaults to 1200.

I was loving it untill the last update - then it lost all my data! And no matter with what account I try log in (I can't remember with which I registered) it does not give me back my data

It was great. But now that you have changed it I have lost all my data. How can I trust that this won't happen again. Please can you find my data. Not a happy bunny as it seems many others.

It was really good until my phone did an update and wiped 10 months of rain data. Disappointed. Anyone know how I can get it back?

Rainlogger has lost all rainfall data for 2021 year, bit ordinary. When I changed phones it never carried over prior years data.
