Rainy Days

Been using your app for years across multiple devices, love it. However your last update broke something, the app crashes instantly. Note 8, android 9, no mods. App fixed, ty; adjusted review to reflect customer service and app functionality. Keep up the good work!

I've been using Rainy Days since about 2009 or 2010 and it's still installed on my phones in 2021. By far one of my favorite apps. It simply does what it needs to do: provide fast radar. Nothing more, nothing less. There are plenty more apps out there with more features such as Windy, but if you just want to quickly check for storms, this is my go-to. My only wish is that Rainy Days would provide an ad-supported web app that does the same thing. Sure, there are plenty of radar websites out there that work just fine, but I still like Rainy Days the best.

This is a very simple Doppler Radar app with extreme ease of use. It shows the past precipitation up to 2 hours. I need nothing more than just a sizable radar map that I can manually swipe through the past with. This right here is an app that gets its users!

something has changed recently. seems to be showing wrong info or out if sync. its raining outside but according to app its dry.looking at the radar it seems the timeline is incorrect and out of sync. was such a good reliable app for years... something needs a fix

Best rain radar app by far. Excellent graphics, lots of fine tuning options, superb animations. the rain rate indicator colours could perhaps show more contrast, but this app trolleys the competition by miles.

Just down loaded this app at a friends recommedation and on the normal animation setting it's about 10 minutes behind (confirmed on friends phone as well) on long animation it's about 5 minutes behind my other 2 weather apps. Zoom not clear enough for me either. Will be uninstalling.

Been using this app for years. Felt it was time to pay for it. Quick question is will the paid for app only need paid for once? I've got a tablet and the paid for part only shows on that. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it on the phone but it is not showing on the phone as paid for. Edited: working on all devices.

Shows a good signal of rain activity. Makes planning outdoor activities better, especially if you live in a rainy area. Zoom to your map area and see a 2 hr history of the rain radar. Let's you know the direction and intensity of the rain.

Unfortunately is no good in the UK summer because only GMT so only shows up to 1hr 25mins before present time which is useless for my requirements. Would be good to include time settings with British summer time ie. +1hr . Other apps automatically adjust for this.

This is superb. The best. Recently the background map sort of flashes on and off making it very difficult to use. I hope it is repaired soon.

Something has happened, out of sync since some time back, shows 1 h old data, with irregular/missing intervals. Very good app when it works as usual!

Simple & decent BUT hideous purple/lilac rain overlay needs changed to the more 'normal' & standard blue/red colours. And radar timestep updates every 15mins isn't enough, it needs to be at least 10mins or preferably 5mins.

My go-to radar app for years now. Fast, small, good features, and a quick fix for the last issue (which was not the devs fault). Thank You to the dev, this is what a good functional app should be like. I'd give this app 10 Stars, if I could. :)

Excellent, simple and and easy to use. The only hitch is the last frame is usually 25 minutes ago. Too long for me.

This app is not good shows no coverage for my area and after that tried many times,but now i think it is time for uninstalling the non usable app.

The single best Doppler Radar app. Just doppler radar with no bloat. Fast, reliable and accurate. Must have for a boater or anyone that relies on doppler radar.

my favourite, it's almost essential to check during winter when going outside nice, simple interface....... works great !

This is the best, fastest and clearer radar free app you can find. I have been using it for several years and never fails to launch. Always accurate.

installed and radar animation stops 15 minutes prior to current time. deleted since a lot can happen in that length of time.

Needs rain / snow change indication on the radar coloration. Always looks like its raining, even in a blizzard. Otherwise its a very solid app

This use to be a great app. Now it freezes and doesn't always work. Time to find a working app.

It's a good app for what it does. If you're outside you want to know if weather is coming just called up and they'll show what's coming at you on the radar.

Somehow, predictions a few hours info the future do not work anymore. It stops at current time or a few quarters of an hour before. :(

I've used this for years on multiple Tablets and Smartphones, and it is the best for rain radar.

I like this app....for the map coverage . Very easy to use...finger tap enlargement...etc

Great app but even better a developer who responds to email and immediately implements a fix for an issue!
