RaiPay allows you to make:

• Fast and convenient contactless payments with a mobile phone
• Contactless cash withdrawals with a mobile phone
• All cards, issued by Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) in one place

Register your cards easily:

• Add your card in the wallet by approaching it to the phone – the NFC function will read it automatically
• You will receive SMS with confirmation code on the phone number provided in the bank
• You can enroll all your debit and credit cards from Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) – you don’t need to have a wallet with you any more, it is enough to carry your mobile phone
• Choose a „default“ card you wish to use with the application. At any time you can change the default card and/or choose another card to perform a certain payment/withdrawal.

Pay contactless

• With the enrolled cards you can pay contactless with your mobile phone at all contactless POS terminals, in the same way as with a plastic card
• You only need to approach the phone to the POS terminal with lighted screen
• For amounts above 50 BGN the screen of the phone needs to be unlocked before you approach it to the POS terminal

Contactless cash withdrawal

• With RaiPay mobile wallet you can withdraw contactless at all NFC capable ATMs (contactless ATMs)
• Approach the phone to the contactless reader of the ATM and confirm the withdrawal with the PIN code of the plastic which is enrolled in the wallet

Information about transactions

• In RaiPay you receive information about the payments/withdrawals initiated with the mobile wallet. The information includes date, hour and amount of the transaction, as well as indication whether the transaction is performed using additional authentication (by screen unlock and/or application passcode).
• Information about successfully completed transaction you can obtain at the moment of the transaction when the confirmation of successfully completed payment /withdrawal is shown on the screen of the POS/ATM, or in your monthly statement.

System requirements

• RaiPay application requires Android, version 5.0 or higher
• The mobile phone on which the application is installed must have NFC functionality which needs to be switched on

Absolute trash. App stopped working on Monday and I can't make payments anymore online. Contacted the support through phone, email and chat and they haven't provided a solution 4 days after. My business is being hindered because of their app not working properly and it seems they couldn't care less.

Not only you have to have 2 apps to pay online but my access to the other one is blocked cause I requested it years ago before all this. I am moving to Revolut just because it is easier that to turn it on. Leaving Raiffesen ASAP.

Sigh, not only does the app require permission to access the phone (without explaining what for), but it also necessitates the download of another app for it to work. I guess requiring a the screen to lock could fall under "security measures".. however the app itself has a pin. All in all, this leaves an extremely bad impression - and all online payments seem to be locked behind this piece of ... software.

I'm trying to make online payment but I received an error that I will need to download RaiPay in order to authenticate my payment, but when I downloaded RaiPay I am unable to connect it with RaiMobile. I keep getting an error "Please try again later". I contacted your call center and I send the screenshot but there no response at all! You deleted my previous feedback!

Recently the app stopped working. After reinstalling the new version the app no longer can scan the cards. Too often I cannot pay with the app even after restart of the phone/app. Please fix it, because it worked perfectly before.

Completely useless, now requires RaiMobile to even work. I have an extra card to my parner's account for this case it is not even possible to have this working. Support has been completely useless as expected! Also it can now add only all your cards when paired with Mobile banking app, you cannot choose the cards order as well. Used to be a decent app, not anymore.

Bad. They didn't bother to try using it to see how one enters in a loop: your username is empty, enter it, enter security code, which empties your username and this until the world ends. And codes are too hard to read without error.

Works great. You should add to RaiPay support for Google Wear OS. There is no option to use NFC payments by smartwatches with Wear OS with RaiPay or your cards should support Google Pay to work with Wear OS.

Works great so far. Very easy way to make payments. The only thing I don't like is that I have to set it as a default payment app to use it. I'd like to be able to switch between RaiPay and G Pay without having a default payment app. Hopefully that would be possible in the future.

Every time after an update there is an issue. EVERY TIME! Had to delete all my other comments as the max of 500 words is not enough for the troubles you make for your customer. Card was deleted. Then it needed to be added again. Activated again for NFC. It worked just before the update. After? Probably not as it keeps giving errors. Time for another bank who takes its customers seriously.

Before they made mandatory to link your RaiMobile cards the app was working perfectly fine. However due to some EU laws and whatnot, they made a change mid Dec 21 and I have been unable to pay online ever since. I contacted support and provided this information via email. If you can't link your card in RaiMobile, BECAUSE THERE IS NO BUTTON, then you can't use RaiPay. You will get an SMS, but the authentication always fails. Reported this more than a month ago. Obviously, no one cares.

It worked perfectly fine until it had to be paired with raimobile. I spent days on the phone with support and around 30lv in phone bills just to be told by IT that I had to check my connection?! I still cannot "authorise my payment through RayPay" because it doesn't send me a code! Now if I want to pay online I have to UNINSTALL RayPay and then INSTALL it AGAIN because I want to use my phone when I pay in stores. Please fix this!

Whats the reason to have application like this, if it is bearly working and its actually not doing what is supposed to do. CANNOT make online payment to anywhere all day. Cannot verify payment s. I cannot even authorize the app (the window to activate it just freezes) but all online payments now require approval from it. No option to send an SMS code instead. This is just absurd. It should be illegal to impede people from accessing their funds due to incompetent developers.

The app is really nice, but I'm experiencing issues since I get my new debit card. The old one was VISA and there was no problem to set it as default. But with the new Master Card I cannot set as default it is giving me an error that the card cannot be set as default and to try again later. Also it is stuck in 'Pending verification' state no matter how many times I removed it, added and verified it again.

The app is very useful and the fact that does not require pin code when doing transaction is great. However the app does not have enough security. It can be unlocked just by clicking on it. No finger print or password. This means that if someone steals my phone and opens it they can easily access the app and make transactions. For example the Revolute app can be open only with a passcode or fingerprint. This is why I have installed the app.

The app was working perfectly on my side for a few months, and then it stops. Now when I try to start it gives me error "Grr! There seems to be a problem" "Something went wrong, please try again later". But no matter how many times I try it gives again and again the same error. I tried to clear the cash, to uninstall and install again, no success. It started after I added a second card but I was even able to paid with the second card. After few days I have added the second card I saw this error.

I would have given a higher score if I didn't experience problems confirming online payments. There is even no retry option so the payment just hangs. Very poor experience! The only reason for the 2 stars is actually the UI of the app which is pretty good. I guess I'll switch back to Revolut payments, though as UX is more important than UI.

Extremely ussles app. For registration I need to download more apps. Its not made for iPhone ( can't be found in app store ). I need to have two phones to used my card.... Sweet.... We see what will happen with the new owners of the bank...

The application is very intuitive, reliable and really useful. Happy to use it. However I haven't found a definition for a "high value payment" so far. When I first installed it, I was able to complete payments for over 1000 BGN without additional PIN authorisation. Then suddenly I started being asked for a PIN (not the PIN of the card) because of a "high value payment". Since then this additional authorisation pops on a very random basis and does not depend on the value of the transaction.

Not able to save card in Secure folder. Before I was using the app in Samsung Secure folder but I had to get a new card which I no longer can add, the error message is Card digitalisation failed. (Was refused by your bank). However, outside Secure folder I was able to save the card but getting more secure, i.e. inside Secure folder should be the right way after all! I'll have to test if actual payment works now as I'm a bit sceptical.

The app is not working at all for the past several days. First, it deleted all my cards with no notice, then after I added them again, it worked for few days and then it got stuck on the loading process. I have just updated it, restarted the app, but now it immediately closes the app after I launch it.

Very user friendly and handy app. I would like few more options (changing cards image, color, or at least name) and to can reorder cards. I also not see reason to not store data for my email account as I have to re-enter them when reinstall my phone. Will be benefit if get an option maybe with qr code reader to store loyalty cards from any shops.

Not even working. This app was introduced to replace SMS verification, because of some EU law prohibiting SMS verification only. This app doesn't work. You're either stuck on "checking your device" or the app refuses to work for a multitude of other reasons, it's unacceptable. Luckily, you can still verify online payments by typing in the SMS password and your ePIN both at once. You can't verify with just the ePIN or SMS password, it has to be both. Don't even bother with this app.

Amazing app. Love it and its functionality. My UK bank has a similar future built in to their app. Really live the future that each payment come up with a different card number, rather than the number of the actual card. One thing I would love is the ability to verify higher payments with Fingerprint. Would be even better if you discontinued it and moved to Google Pay. Since it is available now in Bulgaria.

Waiting for more info about the payments (merchant name and merchant category like "transportation", "groceries","food", etc.). Also some graph of the payments based on months or years. More options and customization of the password for payments needed, like pay only from the app and always require password/fingerprint before paying.
