AWESOME FOR OCTOPRINT I have an flsun with an octopi. A printer that is not very supported by many mainstream softwares. With Idea Maker as my slicer and Raise cloud I can upload files directly to my printer via wifi. I can then manage my printer by assigning jobs, stoping and starting prints, viewing the web cam, control the all the settings during a print for adjustments. And its on this mobile app which is freakin awesome!
Does not work on Samsung phone with latest android installed. White screen after 1 sec. Restart, re-install, etc, doesn't help. Works ok on iPad. Shouldn't be hard to reproduce in-house and fix. Unclear why still an issue after so much time (i see many people have same issue for a long time).
Great update Wow, the camera remote viewer in the app now works amazing!! Actual fluid stream of my printer in near real time. B4 this update it took 30 seconds to load and then showed ONE new frame every 20 seconds. Well Done!!
Good app. Only downside so far is the camera refresh rate is a lot slower compared to laptop. Seems like print head not moving at all (travelling back and forth so fast).
Needs more bug fixes and features. Bug where on 3rd party printer via RaiseOcto where setting the E0 or Bed to 0°c doesn't turn them off. Setting them to 1°c works but it takes longer to cool down.
Not updated for over 6 months. Its rarely able to connect to the printer. Most of the time it shows offline.
OK! There's been a update, and I am happy to say that my connectivity woes are finally over. A useful makeover too. Updating my review from the one star previously to 4 stars now the app is useful once again!
Not working on my samsung phone. My phone is up to date and only a year one. I see someone else has the problem. Does this app not work on phones?
Does not work on a samsung phone. Also when viewing on ipad the refresh rate to too low
Possibly the best app interface for cloud based 3D print management
Not working and full of bugzzzz
Trash. Hey developer -- if your program lists itself as compatible with my device it should work with my device, right? Or is the problem you do not understand the language? I installed it on a compatible device, program hangs at a white screen and eventually pops up with a "Program has stopped working" screen. I thought this was "compatible with my device." Huge selling point for this printer was the ability to check on prints with my phone, and yet here we are, program does not work on ANY of my Samsung phones with the latest Android and plenty of free memory. Not sure at this point that the printer and printer ecosystem was worth the money considering the app doesn't work as advertised on the phones we have in our business.
