When I am trying to open the app. It can't open. I am always showing a welcome window. I think it's a bug. Application not running properly. Please fix it as soon as possible.
Hello Development Team, This application is not working properly, When I try to open it, it showing only white displays nothing else. Please do support or remove if any bugs are there.
Fraud app. You can register your complaint but nothing happens except you receive a call and in very few days that complaint will also be deleted from the dashboard without resolving.
So many errors and bugs. Last upatation was Feb 2020. It's good concept for officers as well as citizens but due to lots of bugs its useless for us. So please fix this otherwise remove from the play store...
👎This app is totally useless. In this time where people soon shift 5G. This app is working very slow and it's like 0.1G app. People need superfast app that's works smoothly. RAJASTHAN DOIT please work on this application update.
I think doitc does not pay to developers other wise in these days a collage intern can also make more compatible app then this hybrid app, that doesn't working. Totally defeated purpose of the app due to poor technical team .
The citizen grievance portion of the application has suddenly disappeared and is not accessible. Please look into it.

This app every time shows "request failed, try again". Rajsthan sampark portal is very useful for citizen and officials, but it doesn't open many times and it is very bad situation for officials because they can't take action in required time. If app works perfectly then it will be good for officials so they would solve public problems within time by giving relief to them
Kindly update the app I'm unable to see my lodged grievances..app has not been updated since last one year.

Just Creating Application for timepass, they never solve the problem.. Worst response
Why do this goes for compulsory log out? As a departmental user it has to be log in again and again to fetch the grievances. For new update
they are extremely slow in responding or won't respond as well.

This application totally useless. It seems only political stutent of government. There no any proper guidance and assistance or help providing by developer. Its any officially face application developed by Govt of Rajasthan. We can asking for permission of private data of citizen. There is no any use of this application for citizen. We cant launch any complaint by this app. Google should be remove this from play store.

Sir, Add option to choose language HINDI. At present this is in English only. After HINDI language is added to this its downloads will increase tremendously. Secondly provide an referral option ie Tell a Friend/ Refer It so that we may popularise this app by referring it to all our contacts. In referral language do give hyperlink of this app do that the other person can download it by just clicking on this app. If possible provide chatboat service on this app.
