I paid annual fees for Race course Gym, amount was debited, but not generate any receipt or any confirmation sms from RMC..even not refund my amount.

When user create profile first time..and no notifications available...but it shows json response..not perticular message like(no data found)

Frequently crashing. Even if it opens, it does not send you OTP after clicking multiple times resend button. so i am not able to registet myself on the app, let alone use it.

This app is of no use. i downloaded it to check my status of complaint but it is still pending, this rmc is not working at all. still no action is taken against the drivers of rmts bus no. 57 that comes late to pick up government engineering College students and drives so fast at a speed of 120 km/hour and also departures late almost 20-30 min from there usual time. moreover they also exchange their route's and time of departuring. They don't start the bus on time. sometimes doesn't stop also.

While try to registration not received otp

Efforts are appreciated but sports registration is pain. It don't work. Get this app tested ,end to end from some professional tester. Check sports registration ,it's not working. After many efforts I reached payment page and from that page it simply don't work.

There no pole no on street light pole hence complain is not registered?On some poles there are 3-4 no written! Which is correct?You should also mention contact number for respective dept if somebody is not comfortable using app.

People don't know numeric ward number, It should be Name of area. No adding of my property. Everytime need to check for property number from old receipts. No notification of bill generated. Wow.. Digital RMC..!!!

Very bad Process while you are doing online transaction while they are giving offers for online transaction but it's not happening than what can we do....so need to improve transaction process.

nice app.many service include but we need more service like selected candidate in election ,ward corporate detail ,map facility, video of how to pay tax online(like paytm give this type ofservice),all complaint number,app must included timing of goverment offices and when there was an holiday in office .document required in registration,name transfer or new connection etc.and also there was a detail about fees for any services and rmc give facility to direct feedback of customer about modify app

very bad maintanance of app. OTP is not working or not generated. how can handle app.??. if I dont get otp how can i trust on app. shame on gov. apps.. as usual as just showoff.. not fruitful, just work at time of marks and vote getting purposes.. nothing eles.. as lazzy app as members. app doesnt work... please google remove this type of buggy apps.. shame on gov. 👏

I just downloaded latest version of this app but now it shows one message while starting the app “ the latest version of this app is available. Update now to continue ”. Application is not working now

There is a bug. We cant register for swimming sport. There is no dropdown list for "batch name" what should we write there. Please specify that and clear bug as soon as possible

This application is good to use but should improve security for example certification of birth and etc... Because we can see all certificates of perticular day this not gonna happen... Should be better design for your application...

while you install the app,they ask for mobile number.now ,whem you enter mobile number they show the OTP box,but you cant get OTP by rmc,so you we can't enter in application. so it is totally worst...

BEKAR... BAKWAAS... THIRD CLASS... TOO MUCH SLOW APP. I am trying to download payment receipt but after an hour it is still searching. After giving property number It shows "data not found".

My Internet is working properly i can download the video in the speed of 5 mbps still at the time of complaint registration i got error msg like network error. what a waste of application.
