Only working for prime members, i m not satisfied with your procedure. Only waste of time. No one connects to anyone if they have not purchased prime membership. We understand company's Earnings terms but that is very high prices for having a prime membership. Even a netflix company charges only 199 Rs.

I don't want to give any ratings but, it's pathetic most of the time app doesn't work or it works extremely slow.

The app has good amount of profiles and those profile seems genuine. However, I have been facing issue of not being able to view my photos from the beginning itself. I tried reaching customer care several times through email & chat center, but of no avail that my issue remains unresolved till date.

Most of the time pic is blank even though the pic is available. UI part needs to improve alot. Very dull app. I see the same repetitive profile again and again. Filter hardly works. Profiles are not very genuine here and MEMBERSHIP FEE IS TOO HIGH for this kind of service. Really disappointed.

Please don't put ads in the app, nowadays people are very fed-up with these things.

Maximum people are offline, Don't Purshase their Plan it is useless A Poor & Buggy Application, Lags & Extremely Slow during use, Very different Messaging UI &UX,

Even if premium members approaches me even then can't connect. Using this app is of no use

Absolutely poor service, what they need from the coustmers is to pay for the service, once the payment is done they Don't care. Even the coustmers whats to contact have some questions, they see if the payment is done they dont care. Extremely poor service. I highly recommend not to pay them single panny they are not Worth it.

I am using this app since 2 month and here is feedback: This app is trap, i accidently found this app and login there as soon as you login you caught into trap.. You will find atleast one good profile and for that you will try to contact but their policy they even not allowed you for anything and their army will start calling you continue until you take their plan Without other choice you will take and start searching but you will not find good match either profile is not active (1/2)

Very poor app! the login credentials are not accepted once logged out. The problem has been communicated to concern, however no action has been taken yet.

Worst app I have ever seen. I want to delete my account but every time it's password is wrong. Even I try to delet with optp bt it is not happening.

Vry poor app lots of bugs...one day found 145 matches from one city another day jst 37 matches from the same city.. why are you deducting profiles???? And now showing those profiles which hav not come since months..Hell! Going to report this app😡

Very poor app. Lots of bugs. Reported an issur 4-5 timea still not resolved. Many major cities missing in horroscope screen.

I don't like this app because I want to delete my account but it doesn't work either

no better options you have and even after setting partner preference and after adding strict filter i am receiving interest from below average profiles So it's frustrating and disheartening

I Have Uploaded a Picture and I wanted to delete it, But im unable to delete it, As it says This photo is under validation cannot be deleted right now, Very Much Disappointed

Very bad experience with their services. Please it's a humble request don't purchase any plans, they just fool us no after service at all.

I will give him 1 star time wastage application after a paid Membership When i contact the verious profile every phone number is wrong. After i calling Customer Care they are not giving a any Answer Totally wastage of money

I think you guys should hire a good developer. Your app is as slow as a snail or I say the snail is even faster than your app. if you are taking money please work on your app it's really a pain.

Very bad matrimonial portal , pathetic software deployment , stupid customer services as without consulting send sms that your queries resolved. Height of stupidity . In Simple words it is a bluff matrimonial site simply looting customers with pathetic services. None of their customer service team is bothered to call back or write email. Seems no administration or team without backbone for sure.

Very bugs in app and photos of other person not showing faster very slow moving app

Please don't download this app. If you downloaded then don't upgrade your app ,your data may stolen nothing secure on this app. Insecure app .I will give negative rating for this app. I have downloaded and found that some one manage my details from the app.

Really no service.. number of profile are not active..even not login 3 month ago ..and daily match are coming those how are not login in 3 month...and big think is that service is not good customer service executive talk like rude know hepl..I send 2 mail but no response come to me ..vest of money... terrible,,even send mail than also no one reach to me pathick..

Good platform, but No option to cancel request, if sent request someone or sent bymistake (sometimes touch fingers)
