· Withdraw cash from the nearest RAKBANK ATM in addition to your ATM daily withdrawal limits using MobileCash service. (Applicable for Business login customers)
· Convenient Transaction authorization using “RAKToken” (Applicable for Business login customers)
· Use RAKToken instead of AAA hard tokens to login and create a beneficiary within Rakbank (Applicable for Corporate login customers)

Not able to access my business account. Always asking for update then open the page which asking for uninstall or open options. When click on open, fill the ID and PW, it keeps trying but no success to open the account page!
Guys please do not trust this bank. I have taken a new credit card and they have charged me an insurance I didn't opt for, the payment being around 36Dhs, and I was not notified . It was charged to my credit card and then a penalty was charged for around 240dhs. I called the customer care several times and they asked me to make the initial minimum payment to start the process for reversal and refund. After payment the bank says the reversal is rejected and that I have to pay the penalty.
App is not working since last update and always ask new version of RAKBANK business app is available . kindly update from play store. I already update app still it's not working . kindly resolve this issue.
Latest update keeps taking me to play store to supposedly upgrade but only obviously get open since I just updated to latest. Then open takes me through the verification but doesn't log me in !? Some quality check is basic practice
Never saw in my life like this bank , very very very bad service, never recommend to use RAK bank at all, its the worst bank over the world, the worst experience for me. I will never use it anymore and I advice any customer to not deal with this bank at all.
Great app, works well. @Dev: could you please add an option to download PDF SWIFT copies from within the app? Need to visit the website to get SWIFT copy currently.
