Now I am facing lagging issues with the app. Since I bought new devies Samsung Galaxy S21ultra. The app lags alot and its seems compared my previous handset. S.GALAXY A9 2018. Please rectify. Last Review: Initial experience takes time to understand, but its much easier than the previous one. Keep up the good work.
Messed up the app. Used to be pretty good... quick, smooth and simple to use. Latest version didn't open even after numerous attempts... kept saying "there's no Internet connection". After I uninstalled and reinstalled it, the interface seems jerky and delayed. One transaction required RAKToken, but there seems to be no way of accessing RAKToken when you're in the middle of a mobile app transaction!
Don't apply for any credit card. I applied and got the card but the agent didn't tell me about the insurance that will be deducted from the second month regardless if you use the card or not, I was surprised when I received the message telling me that I missed the payment and they applied late payment charge, I requested them to cancel it but until now no result.
Not sure why, after the last update it keeps saying "item already copied to the clipboard". I can see that many others have the same issue. Is our data safe? I called the call center as suggested by the developer to one of the comments below, and they cannot help, they just asked me to send an email. If for some reason our login and password is being copied while we type it, I want to understand why and where... I am not using the app until this is fixed , not taking the risk. Thanks
The app is extremely slow and lags the whole time while I have S22 Ultra. I hate using it but sometimes I have to.
Poor experience Using the app is frustrating. Login process is not the best What you can do or see in the app is very limited It doesn't allow for finger print login.
Quite stupid. If it requires update it doesn't tell you. It just stalls and doesn't work any more. I also noticed it doesnt work on my mobile with android verision 5. so I have to throw my mobile away to install this app. really stupid.
App is good.. But dnt use their credit card. If for minute things they will charge you. And if you give request they will not reverse charges. Please go for ADCB. Best service. NO RAK please. I lost 300 AED this month.
It has room for improvement. Not that special, and it is way behind other banking apps. SMS after each transaction received but without available balance. Very basic app
With my S22 Ultra, App is having prob. Its facing resolution issue i guess... It loads slowly.. There is some lagging always... Pls fix ths...

I'm happy with the app, using it for long time now. I have an issue only, the Quick Balance button is over the finger print scanner and cannot be used. Can you move it at another place (maybe more up, or not in the center of the screen), so that it can be functioning? I think many users with new devices might face the same problem.
Last update on 25 Apr should have something wrong. The app not opening and keep shut down!!
Please remove this bug - Item already copied to clipboard, also when your app says login is possible with fingerprint security, it doesn't allow login through it! Please fix it.

Very poor service , when we are log in mobile banking item copied to clipboard , please remove this bug. This is annoying and time consuming , we afraid to log in. .
It app is super slow , I have updated it but still slow and there is always an annoying message showing . Please fix it ASAP
Very poor app. There no option to see due amount and date in statement. Just check other banking application, how they make it.
The updated app does not download from playstore (message has said pending for the last 2 hours. I am excluded from going onto online banking until the download is complete.
The app is not working. The latest update is just creating problems. It's showing device seems to be rooted and then no further access. Called the helpline and they said there is no issue and to reinstall. Same result as before. Not able to do any online transaction since the RAK Token is required for this. Wish I could give negative stars. Update: Issue resolved. Will let you know once I do some transactions...... Thank you
Cannot set up registration and poor customer service.
Very difficult to connect with the Customer service . Even chat option also you have to wait so long ..
This app use to be really good before;however, now it is one of the worst digital banking apps i have ever experienced. I can't transfer funds, it just logs out itself, and states session timeout. I'm sorry to say this, but don't do updates which you guys can't handle the transaction pressure, cause we the end users are suffering.

This app was awesome but it suddenly stop and can't open anymore. Please fix the bug.
Slow and unresponsive. Entering password literally feels as if the app is hung. Does not support touch Id features. Easily the worst app by any bank in the UAE. I am thinking of switching back to the old Credit Card just because of this poor quality substandard app.
