Good except for search option should be wider. You must have exactly what Raleys had entered into their system to find anything. Also a frequently purchased option would be great. Recently unable to remove items from cart. The remove button is under the picture of the next item on the list. When you try to press it the next product comes up instead.
The app is great, works well, etc, but I really wish I could add forgotten items to my order after I submit it. Also, a quick link to add a calendar event to my calendar, or a notification when my order is ready would be helpful to remember pick up times. I like that I can quickly search items previously purchased to add my favorites to my cart, I just wish it wouldn't repeat items so much in that search making it a pain to thumb through. It would be great if my rewards could apply online too.
So easy. Better than Safeway's shopping app. I still wish it was more intuitive to be able to set substitution preferences. It's very difficult to find them
It's difficult to remove an item if you've changed your mind. When you try to hit remove it sometimes brings up the item on the next line, very frustrating.
The app needs to be able to notify the customer when the shopper starts shopping the order, and when the shopper finishes. To see an example of this, look at the Instacart web site
The app could be more user friendly. Some times I get lost and I've been using computers for 25 years. Other than that it is a handy way for someone like me who can't drive to get food.
This app makes it easy to shop. When you find you are missing thr item you can just add it to your shopping cart for your next order.
Can not add items to cart within a reasonable time...we all forget things! I hate this they charge me twice for shopping fees!
They don't let you know until you get ready to place the order that the company that delivers charges a $9.95 deliver fee. Misleading
Edit: same issues below, now it's a dozen "something went wrong" pop-ups. Ugh 😩. C L U N K Y I wish it had better shopping lists so I can have favorites and see how much is already in the cart. I also hate having to relogin again and reload the app multiple times a session. The save for later list click boxes are too close to the item button, so I'm often having to go back from the item to my list. I love Raley's. This app is infuriating. Happy to talk about it if anyone wants.

Convenient, great quality, drivers are a great help for older ones.
After using this app for a few months I only have one complaint. The Good, they allways call and make sure there is nothing else we need and take the time to help find a good replacement when necessary. The Bad, on several occasions the vegetables and fruit we order have been terrible. Zucchini, Cucumber, Onion have come soft and once molding. Same with the fruit. I would think it was a one off but it has happened a few times now. Other then that, good service and all the products are great
We use this app weekly to order groceries. It's mostly functional and makes coupon clipping really easy. There are a few flaws in the system: 1) You can't save "favorite" items for easy reorder. 2) Even though I check the box to "keep me logged in" I am logged out almost every time. 3) When you click on an item from a page, if you hit the Back button instead of closing the pop-up window it takes you two pages back, not just out of the specific item. Otherwise it works well and I'm happy with it.
It eventually works to order groceries, but it's one of the slowest and buggiest apps I've ever used. It takes several taps to get the cart to open, 3+ login prompts to check out, and search results are wildly inaccurate. When it does work, it's more convenient than going to the store in person, but it could use a lot of polish before it's a nice user experience.
Generally easy to use for browsing and shopping. I appreciate the filters for finding items that meet different types of diet restrictions, among other variables. I also like that I can sort by unit price. It's also easy to create an order and set a pickup time. The search function could use some refinement. For example, when I put "maple syrup" in as a search term, it came up with lots of products that were decidedly not maple syrup.
I really appreciate being able to order online and have food delivered! I often use my phone to place an order. I do run into quite a few issues that I hope get fixed. The item search has a lot of problems. Some things that I know are in store will not come up no matter how I word the search. When it asks me to login in before checking out, the app crashes! Fortunately my cart was saved! I had to login a different way to work around it. The app in general is a bit buggy. I'll keep using it!
This app is a huge time consuming waste. First off, in order to even open the app, I have to turn off my VPN, then it takes forever for the pages to load. Coupons are layered behind the products, so you have to click through each item to find what the offer is. More than 25 minutes to click through to the offers on one page. It showed there were 12 pages of "offers", all buried. I uninstalled it after wasting all that time just on the first page. Why all the hassle to access the offers?
A few spots are difficult but for the most part the app is amazing. I usually use it to check the isle where I would find something or see if they are carrying an item during the season. It's nice to easily be able to see my coupons (when I actually remember to switch things over) and easily clip them so I don't have to remember paper ones
This app never opens up. It keeps spinning like it wants to load, but never opens up. I've already uninstalled twice and reinstalled, but still doesn't work. I receive the emails for specials in the app. But too bad it never opens up. I'm on a S8. Please fix this app asap. I would like to use it during the holidays. Thx.
Love this app! Convenient,and easy to use. Recently the something extra barcode a major plus, don't have to worry about bringing the rewards that come in the mail, just clip your offers from your phone and show the barcode when checking out. Much better transition, which I always forget to bring to the store everytime, been using the app since it was released... never had any problems with it.
Buggy, but works. I like that it holds my cart so I can add things throughout the week and then check out when I'm ready to schedule pick up or delivery. It is annoying however that when it's time to checkout I have to log in, my info isn't saved so I have to reenter my info, then the app crashes and I have to restart twice. After the second restart I can check out and all goes back to working smoothly.
Pretty great for easy shopping and pickup delivery options. My only complaint is that to remove a credit or debit card from the account you have to call app support which is not readily available through the app or online. I had to use google to find the number. It would be great if given the opportunity to also set a default card.
This app is extremely slow. Takes forever just to open up and I have a relatively recent phone. Even though I have the "keep me logged in" box checked I have to enter my user ID and password every damn time. I haven't even found if there's anything useful in this app because it's painfully slow and always prompting y to to log in. I have the password manager, LastPass, and LastPass can't or won't fill in the userid and password. Super annoying On an Android phone. Probably going to delete it.
I've been using it for over a year now and love it. Partly love it because I love my Raley's and their team, but having a good user friendly app is very helpful too. I love the improvements that have been made when picking out meats, fruit, etc by item/ weight. I can order a pick up or delivery, search other stores close by for their products if I need to pick up somewhere else. Even if I don't want to order, I can put a list together and have it ready when I can make it in store.
It's pretty convenient, but it could be way better. I'm this current day and age, if you have food allergies/special dietary requirements where substitutes are not a good thing, skip the app and go directly to the website. It's easier to leave messages not to substitute or to provide acceptable substitutes. Otherwise, the app is just okay.
