Fundamental dysfunction. You attempt signing on, only to have the application tell you your session has expired. As a result of signing on. About two-to-three loops of this and the application freezes. Save yourself the trouble of downloading and installing. It's easier to just call.

This was useful. That ended when it updated. I have MS. I cannot log in, too many typos. And it will not remain logged in as it says it will. This is now a pos. It does not notify or do any function well. Thank you for making life just that more difficult. This app is like teats on a boar hog. Tech dpt I do not want a call back, get code monkeys to roll back update so app works again!

Love the app! Easy to use. I like that I can manage my family member's prescriptions. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because once you run out of refills on a prescription it's no longer in the prescription line up. It would be awesome if you could request new refill orders in app instead of having to call and bug the staff. Once that happens, I'm changing my rating to 5 stars!

Literally unusable. Half the time it says my password is wrong (even though its the password that the app saved for fast loggin) and the other half I tap the login button and it doesn't do anything! Like literally will look like its loading and then stay on the loggin screen. Completely broken app for such an important purpose. This is how I renew my medication, how has this not been fixed!

This is a convenient way to renew prescriptions, but it is a terrible app - very slow, both initial load and navigation - moving from screen to screen doesn't always seem logical - doesn't integrate fully with pharmacy system. Can't notify you when prescription ready

The updated app does not work at all. If I am lucky enough to log in, it won't allow me to order my refill. Then, when I try to order it again, the system kicks me out and I am unable to log in! This has been happening for over a week... is anyone paying attention to the posts that people have been writing so that the problem gets resolved?

Giving five stars because when it's working great it's working fantastic. very easy way to find reminders on prescriptions, however often the app locks up and my whole phone won't function at all until I restart it. Crossing my fingers that the next release won't have that problem on Android.

It works but I am having 1 problem with it. You cannot refill your meds early, not even a day early if you use your list of meds. You have to wait till the day you run out, and I live in a small town and have to drive a ways to get my prescription so this doesn't work well for me on important meds. Otherwise the list and refills is easier than calling in each one. Also just scanning the bar code is even better than calling, which is what I do to get it a few days early.

This app has some flaws but has been usable until there was a recent update which not only deleted all my login information but no longer allows me to log on at all, even with a reset password. As of the present, this app is now totally useless to me. Too bad, I was using in in the past for ordering my refills. Now, back to using the telephone to order refills with a real person. What once was a 3 star for me is now a 1 or zero star.

App is freezing. I have s10 and as soon as i open the app it freezes my phone. I have to quit and start agai . Dev. Please fix the issue for android phones. Seems like no one is fixing the app. I'll change my stars after the fix.

DON'T UPGRADE!!!! Have saved sign in information, and yet even though on signing site, everything is save and yet, once you clicks sign in, shows your time has expired (??&%/$$^) it's an endless loop. Even 2 attemps of Uninstaller and reinstall... hopeless

I use to love this app! It was very easy to manage and helpful. However, since the last update - I can't even log in now :( It keeps returning to the sign in page. The worse update EVER!!

Love the app, makes it so much easier to manage prescriptions for everyone in my family! For prescriptions with zero refills left, you just have to go to settings and turn on option to show prescriptions with zero refills. Hope that helps!

Since the latest update I can't even login. It just keeps returning to the login screen. I've used forgot password and reset the password but it still won't get past the login. Basically useless now.

This app kind of sucks since the last update. It takes forever to sign in, its slow to load everything, and there is no longer a progress bar that tells u how close ur meds are to being done.

You can't sign in every day. It just goes back to the login screen and won't log you in. I have removed the app, reloaded it, changed my user name and password but nothing works.

It definitely sucks, but to be fair, it is definitely better than having one's balls crushed in a clamp. Credit where credit's due. Most of the time it does not let me log in...

This is the worst pharmacy app I've ever used. It doesn't show you when you have a rx ready unless you do a refill & it had to have refills otherwise if it needs approval you never see it again. So you have to call & bug the techs.

Was great until update. Now it won't even let me log in. I call customer service and they haven't been able to help. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. They need to fix this problem.

It has great difficulty opening trying after entering password, it's very tough especially on an app you want and need to depend on.

Still can't get in but once a month. This app is so important for everybody. Wish you would fix it. Same problem as all reviews. Your session has timed out.

I have had to install and uninstall this app so many times. Locks up, keeps saying timed out, re login. Then once actually in, won't open lists.

Useless. Can't get past the sign in page. Says session expired. After that renter info, just stays on sign in page.

this app is confusing, it tells me to refill prescriptions before the refill date. I wish it was more reliable, them it would help me a lot!!

You can't log in, it constantly says timed out to log in again, you attempt to log in, it does nothing. Absolutely awful

Worked great until update, won't open! Now it's just useless. I might as well delete it, but then I'd lose all my data 😫

It would be really awesome to actually be able to get into this app. You updated it and now it won't even let me log in. Just fix the freaking app..

I loved this app until last update. I even tried changing my password, standing on 1 foot with my tongue out. Nothing works!!!

Once I upgraded I am unable to use the ap. It continues to close and sends me to login. The process goes on and on
