Ralphs

Poorly designed app. Navigation is awkward--the menu doesn't exist on many pages, so I have to use my back button repeatedly to get to a page with the menu--and it's simply hard to find my way around. Opens very slowly, and many pages take a long time to load...very annoying when im trying to add a digital coupon or pull up my rewards card.

Can't login, every attempt results in an "unable to access the authentication service" error. I've been trying for weeks. The same credentials work on their web interface (which is also a nightmare) but not in the app. Ralph's apparently has no qualms about wasting their customer's time with a broken app so I'll shop elsewhere.

This appus great. I like the digital coupons and rebates. I would like to have a search feature in the rebates though so that I can search for specific items. Also, a customer mentioned to me that this should not be named cash back as we are not physically getting cash back. Instead rebates would be better to have it named rather than cash back. This caused uneccesarry confusion and was a distraction in the long line of people waiting.

Having trouble linking to google assistant. Would like to be able to edit tip more easily once things actually occur on orders. Would like in-stock notifications for currently out of stock items in cart. But, this is by far the closest thing to what I need available, to no longer do the activity of shopping, which I do not enjoy. Plus, Kroger is building those amazing ocado warehouses, so I imagine they'll be the best in the long run once we hopefully get one here someday.

The app continues to not let you add items that are definitely in stock and at the store. For example: you can not add a fresh rotisserie chicken to your cart EVER. If it wasn't so buggy it would be an acceptable app.

Adding a payment card to Kroger Pay that is being declined for any reason will block the user from accessing ANY of their payment cards via Kroger Pay. Especially if it is selected as the preferred card. This bug will persist until the offending payment card is manually deleted from the user profile. Also affects King Soopers app and likely any Kroger regional brand apps. Please fix this bug!!

Have to go back and forth to make a list of what I want to add to basket for pickup. The advertisement and coupons are difficult to apply because they don't go directly to my basket. I have to keep going back and forth. Then I get frustrated and stop the order. Too time consuming!!😖

It freezes alot but when it works its a great app. I like that the coupons and weekly ad has its own bottoms on the bottom makes for a quick back and forth. The 3 lines on the top side makes the barcode easy to bring up.

There are a few minor annoyances, but overall the app works pretty well for me. It's definitely improved a ton since the early days of the pandemic when I started ordering groceries for pickup.

I'm upset. I order items and it seems like the clerks don't want to get all my things for me so they simply remove them from my order and since I can only see my receipt when I do get my order and not my original order it looks like I never ordered the items. I'm having a get together and like I said half my order is missing. I'm using Vons now. Adios this has happened too many times.

Very buggy app. We made two large-ish orders ($400+), so maybe we were straining it's abilities?...lol. Ex., uncheck "substitutions allowed" box, but then start (but do not complete) the check-out process (to see if they are going to tell you they are out of an item (s), for instance) and decide to add or change any item(s) - you will probably not notice that every new item will be marked as "OK to substitute", even though the top box is still unchecked. [Out of room here, can't finish....bad.]

I do hope it gets better. I found it impossible to add items to cart. I finally gave up and my wife who is less accomplished with computers got lucky and pressed the right link somewhere. I don't think I could do it if I tried again. she doesn't really know how she did it after she did it. lol.

I used the app to do some grocery delivery while im at home cleaning and i love it! it was easy to pick what i want and what was available as substitution if my product wasn't available.

Runs slow. After viewing item always returned to top of lists makes shopping difficult & tedious.

Ralphs is my favorite store to shop at. Friendly employees and the App keeps getting better and better. curbside pick up is always easy and fast!

This pertains to the Cashback feature in the app. Please fix the issue with purchased items that are not receiving cash back. I have to contact customer support everytime because I don't get the Cashback after I make the purchase of the items on my list. Very annoying. And please add a history section to see what went through and what is still pending

Three complaints -- 1) handling of unavailable items is one star. One two sequential screens and tells you what's not available, and you have to hit the back button several times to find a replacement, there's no other way. 2) search function. if you search for multigrain, only 1 size of multigrain Cheerios comes up. But search for Cheerios, a dozen options appear including three sizes of multigrain Cheerios. 3) the app experiences a lot of technical difficulties preventing order placement

Failed biometric login. Required update to use the app. I'm just trying to find out where you people keep the lychee. With coupons, you can't click on the product to find out more. Some coupon items aren't in the product database. Duh. I searched for sumac and found a lot of different options. Went into the store and couldn't find any. Checked again, and the app said no items found. And then I asked a guy, and he found it. Also just tell us the aisle number. "aisle may vary by store" is lame

It's really difficult to locate and add digital coupons to my account. Digital coupons are a frustrating waste of time! I find that I no longer want to shop at the stores that have them. I've totally Gooden up on shopping for deals at Ralph's because it's too time-consuming! Walmart is becoming my Go-To store so that I don't have to struggle with your APP.

I use the app for pick up service and its great. The food choice is top notch and the store rep is always kind and professional. It is sometime difficult to find specific item. I do like shopping throughout the week and then hitting send when im ready. The apps "help" is very useful also.

Easy to find items in the store with aisle directions for any store! You can also order a pick-up or delivery all through the app, not to mention deals/coupon availability.

I love ordering my food from ralphs but there are some hiccups. Some times I can't even place my order, it stays on a loading screen..and sometimes my order isn't completed and I have to drive back twice! But that's not the apps fault, I'm just venting! But that's why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5. Please fix this, I've upgraded, deleted and re-download and still same error.

This was a great app before they had a big update a few months ago. I mean, it had its issues but now it's ALL issues. My list randomly deletes itself/doubles itself/reorganizes itself/etc. It has a mind of its own...

Absolute rubbish. Have used numerous versions of app for Rx ordering and history. Last 2 updates have changed "My Prescriptions" to Kroger requiring a login that NO LONGER RECOGNIZES my account. All history is gone. This is the final nail in the coffin as Rx was the only reason to visit Ralphs, the worst grocery chain in the country. Good riddance forever!

Cannot turn off phone notifications! Search is ONLY for products. NO SEARCH for phone and app related functions.

Horrible. Overall experience. Horrible. Uninstalled and never shopping online with the app or company again.

Good deals, if only they worked. Idk what's wrong with it but deals won't appear so I add it on the browser. Then when I have it clipped and purchase it, the deal doesn't apply.

hard to use Ralphs app. Can't use my city. only can use Los Angeles CA. unsure what item(s) not available.
