Now with login capabilities, Mopar® Owner Connect users are able to login to their accounts and receive information on their own vehicle, including viewing recalls, service contract status, suggested upcoming maintenance based on your mileage and viewing and recording your vehicle’s maintenance records. All you have to do is login, scan your VIN number, or select your Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, SRT® or FIAT® vehicle(s) and enjoy the ride.
This app requires access to the following device and user information:
- Identity: We access identity information to allow you to automatically sign in if you select “Remember Me” at login and to utilize the Visual Search tool.
- Location: We access your location to allow you to search for dealerships and repair shops, to capture your location for accident reports and to utilize the parking reminder tool.
- Phone: We access your phone to allow you to call phone numbers by simply tapping on them within the app.
- Photos/Media/Files and Camera: We access your camera and photos to allow you to customize your profile and to add images to accident reports.
Features include:
- Support for owners of select 2011-2015 model year Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, SRT® or Fiat® vehicles.
- Login for Mopar® Owner Connect users to access information specific to their vehicle, including:
• Access to Mopar® Owner Connect profile information.
• A vehicle maintenance section, allowing users to view upcoming maintenance (based on mileage), view dealer and non-dealer maintenance/service records, and record maintenance within the app.
• Recall information, detailing recalls on all associated vehicles.
• Information on the status of any associated service contract.
- Visual Search tool, allowing users to understand warning indicators on their dashboard in real-time, with no more effort than holding their device over the warning light.
- An Accident Assistant which provides users the ability to document and track accident details on their mobile device and locate certified Chrysler repair shops.
- Vehicle information such as operating instructions, warning and indicator lights, inspection and maintenance schedules, and emergency procedures, all easily accessible using categories, bookmarks, search and an A-Z index.
- Handy utilities including a parking reminder and dealer locator.
- Access to brand lifestyle information, including social media networks, brand heritage, and parts and accessories for your vehicle.

Doesn't show anything that I cannot find in the written owner's manual. There are no service records that I can view. I really don't see any value in this application.
App is not worth dowloading.
Wants a lot of dangerous privs. Also cannot uninstall. It simply reboots phone. Reminds me of the garbage Microsoft code from the nineties. Update: increased boot time, drains battery fast, and security menu access crashes settings program. Reinstalling Android. This software is DANGEROUS!
First time owner of brand new 2016 Ram 1500 and will not connect after multiple attempts. The Dodge professional actually raved about this app. I even showed him the app only had 2 stars and many bad reviews. He's like 'meh'.
Useless. Doesnt download the correct type of truck even though my vin number was entered correctly
Nov. 2016 This application is functionally broken. After uninstalling and then reinstalling, all this app will report is that it cannot connect to its server. So if you can't access the app it deserves no stars for a rating.
My headlight went out, do you think this app will tell you which part to buy to replace it? Nope.. I'm not exactly sure what this app is used for. How about providing a manual? Or at least common parts that need to be replaced. Useless!
I have full bars & 4g but despite many numerouse attempts over a period of several weeks, all the app states is: We're currently unable to connect to the server. Please try again later.
They helped with Roadsideassistance, when my dealer wouldn't, very handy
Will not save your vehicle or vin when you try to personalize your account. So every time you log in you will need to resubmit this info to get anything that pertains to your vehicle. Dont wate your time with this app.
App says to refur to the 6.7 diesel section for break-in info, but there isn't any.
Why is this only for GEN4 trucks 2011 or later? The 2005 era trucks are heavy duty and there are many still in use. In fact I see more GEN3 trucks on the roads.
This application is completely useless.

I guess the complaints are for an old version. I like it. All I would change is to add a link to the full vehicle owners manual. Love how it pulls data from the dealer about oil changes and services performed.
Whoever developed this bug-filled app should be fired.
Not sure what's happening with others.maybe it's just updated, but its working for me.
Worthless useless app. Can't ever connect to server. Can't get the right vehicle after entering VIN. If you really want to get mad at the world and need a good reason to sling your phone across the garage then by all means try using this garbage app..
Already said by others here: v4.11.1 cannot connect to server, continuously. This prevents any & all operation of this app. I also noticed that the app description lists 2015 as last model year supported, despite inclusion of promo material for this app in my new 2016 RAM user materials and a latest app update of 6/1/2016.
I have been unable to login for the past 3 months. The app say the server is busy and try again later.... Apparently the server has been busy for 3 months.
Cannot login. Cannot connect to server. Cannot find any vehicle history. Other than the data that I input extremely disappointed
Too common now for big companies to rush in putting out an app that is either useless or doesn't work. Sad, really.
Server was always down, always told me to try again later, sorry app. Wasted my time and everyone else's who tries.
This was a great app providing all the service records for my Ram from the day I purchased it. It was so easy to look back to check when a certain service was performed. Now it's been over a month and it has not been able to connect to the server. Ridiculous!
I should have listened to the reviews it won't connect to the server. I uninstalled it about 5 seconds after I installed it

It worked perfectly until the last update. Now it won't connect. It's totally useless.
Hasn't worked at all since I downloaded it. Glad my new Ram is more reliable than this app.
This app misidentifies my truck as a diesel model. It also fails to connect to the FCA server after repeated tries. Needs a lot of fixes to be useful.
Why didn't you make the app compatible with my HTC M9. Now I can't use the app because you failed to do your job. Shame on you. Make it right and make the app compatible with all Android devices
