RAM Toolbox

Just bought my RAM after totalling my 2021 F150. Ford does tech so much better, both in the vehicle and with the app. This app has broken links and doesn't rep my actual truck. It promotes the UConnect app which isn't supported with the my truck. Step it up, because for 2022, this is pretty lame. I'm not sure what the purpose is for this app, to find a dealer? Really? How about remote start? Remote locks?

Even after multiple updates this app is still useless. complete piece of garbage. totally useless. Update: Well after almost 2 years it's still lame at best. Links to the Mopar store don't work and the link to open the manual doesn't work either. And stop defaulting back to diesel on the service tab.

App is buggy. This app does not work. It used to. But after the most recent update it won't even sign me in. It just crashes and won't load. Update: I deleted and reinstalled. Now it works. Nice companion to u-connect. Would be nice if updates don't break it. Update: I wanted to change the picture of my truck. After deleting current picture, I am now unable to load any picture. Even after deleting and reinstalling app and giving it permissions.

Useful tool to have. Tracks upcoming maintenance and you can log your maintenance/repairs to keep solid records. The owners manual isn't great, the button takes you to a pdf that's not searchable in the app, so you have to swipe through each page till you find what you need; making the owners manual searchable, in the app, would make a big difference.

This app is pointless. It doesn't work more than half the time, when it does work, it won't do what you want it to. just another disappointing letdown from FCA. Add it to the list of uconnect, fiat, the new hemi engines, and any other failures you can think of.

App won't even open anymore, even after uninstall and reinstall. Before crash, the amount of useful data in app was limited and no better than Google and carfax which actually work.

the idea is great. but it keeps glitching. kicks me out 4 out of 5 times i log in. always says, "app has stopped, close or send feedback". constantly. what gives? lol. otherwise, i believe your on to something here. i recieved 2 recalls on my 2019 RAM on this app a full 10 days before i recieved it in the mail. it has to do with adjustable footpedals rendering the brake useless. pretty important recall. those 10 days could save a life. well done. please fix this app so it works better.

Not able to check maintenance schedule for months now. Not good for checking up on your vehicle, and keeping things running, is it??? Update: App has gone from some things not functioning, to it itself not functioning upon opening. 6 months of problems getting worse, and worse. My suggestion: FIRE your apps team lead, get someone in there who can fix this. This is unacceptable in today's economy of connected vehicles.

App doesn't work. Can't even register to use it. No email being sent when I register my email. I assume it is to verify the email and set a password. Can't do that if no email comes. I checked spam and bulk mail folders. Nothing. Why even waste your time developing an app if people can't even use it? The uconnect app isn't working either. That's why I tried this one. Het your act together on this!

Until recently this app was pretty amazing. So useful in keeping track of all my service records. for the past couple of months it hasn't been allowing me to add the service that I perform personally. The only records that are showing up properly are dealership entries.

Great App. Let's me keep specific maintenance records for my Ram. EDIT....App is now BROKE. Will not allow maintenance records to be added. FEB 12 2022. Galaxy s10. "ERROR SENDING DATA"

The App worked great for about a week. Then it wouldn't open. Uninstall/reinstall.....now it doesn't like my login credentials. Attempted to reset password, get the notification that a reset password has been sent to my email but it never comes. When I try to re-register, says "something went wrong".......Please fix.

Helpful. I like it, but it does not allow many characters to describe service preformed. Too few to actually list the required service items. Increase the allowed characters and add a way to attach receipts, records and or pictures and it would rate higher.

It looks like they redesigned the app. It works again. It's not a bad app just not extremely useful to me. I keep it installed just because. I really don't need the maintenance part of it because I do all my own maintenance. Unless there is another recall I don't expect to set foot in a dealership again for a very long time.

Password reset doesn't work (I never get the email) and I can't register because of a vague error. Edit: I *did* finally get the password reset, the day after I submitted the request, and by then the password reset link had expired and I had uninstalled the app. Get it together! Password reset emails should take minutes to be sent at the most, not hours.

This app knows my vehicle I purchased and is in my garage then I look up parts and it wants me to make another log in and doesn't see my garage on home page, what's the point of having this app if it doesn't work?? App has been updated and still can't remember from log in home page to parts lookup !!!! This should look up vehicle specific if your logged in!!! This app sucks,, still no change in app as of 7/8/21!! This app still horrible to use

Unable to sign in. Keeps saying there is a bug and to download the update once it has a fix

So far really enjoy this app for my 2018 Ram 1500. Update 10-18-19. App won't open, repeatedly crashing on my Pixel running Android 10. I have a 2020 Ram 1500. As recommended in the user manual, I installed this App. Even though the App description spells out that it's for model years through 2019, it worked briefly for my 2020. However, since September all it does is crash. I don't know if it is an Android phone issue or whether it is poor development. Whatever the reason, the App developer should have resolved the issue since it has been broken long before I installed it on my phone.

Because I have to give it one star. It used to work but now it does not. Uninstalled the app cleared storage and cache, reinstalled the app and it still crashes. My website login works but doesn't give me any worthwhile information. Nothing shows my completed safety recall. Funny how technology makes incompetent people look even more incompetent.

Crashes when trying to login even with the new update. Using the latest operations system on Samsung S21.

App told me I had a recall for the 12inch screen, took the truck to the dealer for the update, now Google assistant doesnt work when in android auto when trying to talk to android auto. What happened? When I press the talk button all I get is the uconnect responding and when I want to send a text it only allows predefined text and android auto allows you to talk to text but after firmware update this has went away and android auto isnt the same.

Like many others on this App . It doesn't work . Just installed the update and IT doesn't work. I'm on Android with Samsung phone. Unfortunately my new Dodge Ram has major defects as well . As a long time Ford user who decided to switch to the Dodge promaster Van after only 500 Miles I'm ready to dump this product. I was holding out hope the App might help me solve vehicle problems but the app works about like the van. Buggy

After the password reset fubar there was an update and I was finally able to log in. Tried again today to keep up on updates but now I get an error saying there was an issue sending data. Maybe one of these years they will get things straightened out.

why bother? it's a great idea but never works as the app crashes upon startup. probably better idea to debug the app before you release it. that makes you look like amateurs. let me know when you get a chance to release an app that works. ill be happy to leave a POSitive review.

Update 8 Feb 2020: The APP recently started to instantly close when I tried to sign in. Deleted and reloaded it. Set a new password. New password was accepted and I was advised I could now log in. Same results. Login attempt instantly shuts down the APP. No warning or error code or notice is provided. Just gone as soon I check the Accept Mopar box and sign in.

App crashes when I select login. On par with the buggy electronics in my 2019 Limited Ram. The Chevrolet app worked fine, apparently they invested the time and effort to get it right. Hopefully Ram will work out the bugs in a couple of years.

App crashes when trying to login (before username and password is entered). Does not work. UPDATE: An uninstall/reinstall solved the issue. Changed from one to four stars. Nice app when it works right.
