Rambler GPX Editor
This application allows to manage and edit your GPX data such as POI (Points of Interest), Routes and Tracks.
Main features:
POI Manager: Allows to browse and edit your POI (Points Of Interest) data;
Route Manager: Allows to browse routes and launch other route-related activities;
Route Editor: Allows to edit route properties, move/add/remove waypoints, draw a route manually;
Route Creator: Automatically creates a route based on cardinal waypoints. Depends on the Open Source Routing Machine Demo Server;
Route Optimizer: Reduces route points number to desired amount on the fly;
Track Manager: Allows to browse, delete, import and export tracks. Converts Track(s) into Route(s).
Route Creator and Route Optimizer use the GeoKarambola library to optimize the path by the route points number reduction;

Easy to import a GPX, convert it to a "route", edit the points and export another GPX. From other comments it looks like people are getting confused about the need to convert to a route, but it's easy to do. The editor has an "automatic" mode that follows OSM roads - nice touch. The one feature I wanted but couldn't find was a way to join two routes, that would make it a 5* app.

all use easy mobile software review
This is a powerful free and ad-free app for editing GPX files. I hope that development is continuing as the app has not been updated for 3 years. It is not quite straightforward to access the help and this may account for the negative reviews. The instructions are accessed from the home screen by first touching the 3 dots in the top right corner and then selecting About. This brings up a screen with Wiki as one choice. Select this and the detailed instructions open in your browser.
