Nice app. But needs improvement by way of adding following thing 1. Complete sequence of daily yog abhyas. Combination of pranayam, suksma vyayam & asnas i.e start with small prayer, then bhastrika, followed by suksma vyayam then kapalbhati then.... With timings 2. Animation with original video. These things will lead in better understanding of the yoga & end up with methodical study of yoga.
Dear sir I am rating it with 1 star because it does not contain any infomation which is not available over internet. I think there should be 3 levels beginner, intermedaite,final because beginner may go for long duration or repition of anulom vilom and may cause harm because overstraining is also dangerous. Problem is that there is no specification of prnyam that how many repition beginner must do and the same problem with asans. There may be added more additional infomation. Thank you
Hello! If you check the English version under 7 pranayams the very first paranayam has a mistake in it, it says let your left hand be on your left knee and right hand near nose. If you check the same paranayam in Hindi version it says a different procedure to perform, it says let your hands relax on your knees. Kindly request you please rectify the error.
The app needs to provide more n more info about the all the topics. Newer can't understand.
This is nice idea for all people but, if it is provided a short video related to every movement, it is more helpful for all.
Please add short videos or animations of pose. and more categories like spine health, neck, burning fat etc.
Its is more difficult to see and doing yoga. I love yoga and i love to watch yoga video it is better than this app you can improve it by adding proper animation guidance and routine calender age analysis and main thing also include voice guidance.
This app is very helpful to keep healthy .but my suggestion pls increase (how to do) & pictures also

Its really too difficult to do yoga by just pictures. you can also provide videos too.
I personally feel that five stars are very less as the way shown by babaji to us cannot measure but would be say the sky.... very nice and helpful apps..
Please add instructions with yoga in audio format and play the yoga sequentially with instruction for short duration and set alarm to remind time for yoga.good job👏

It's a very nice app to guide you all yoga, Pranayam and asana. It helps me a lot. With every yoga/ asana/Pranayam if a video links could attached. Will help a lot more

Even for beginners , its very helpful, my advice is read every pramayam carefully and watch it in YouTube about how it practice, then better try to do own. I really like this app and suggest to all to try this
