Very complete app and very easy. Excellent customer support. No other product people understood my product as ramp did. They spent a lot of time with us to understand our challenges and when they presented their product to us, I found it to be absolutely what I needed. Implementation was also very easy as I could train people in max 10-15 mins time.
What an app! Other softwares claim to have features but are very basic. RAMP's each feature covers in depth aspects. One cannot understand the difference unless they use it. So, give it a try first. You will understand how well this has been made to address our smallest of challenges.
Very good application is some one is looking for garage management services. I own a car detailing business and started using RAMP for customer database management, daily business report, service history and other tremendous features which are there which you will get to know when you will start using it. We have been using this App for 1 year now. The Team is always available to assist and very polite. Roles are also clearly demarcated so it's easy to know who to talk to depending on the clarification needed. The App has so far helped me manage my garage in terms of Customer Management, Vendor Management and generating reports.

The most effective garage software in the store, Covers virtually all auto garage department and functionalities. A bit strenuous to use by the way, but that's probably because I'm a new user. Kudos guys.
a perfect app to keep a balance with customer-mechanic-machine interface. it's quite easy to use n to keep a record f services done. we hope u guys soon switch over to two wheeler segment.

It has become buggy after the update. Job card creation forces closes the app. Cannot access the menu and many more. Please check

RAMP is the best and most easy workshop management tool. It has literally everything to manage a workshop of any level. And the best part is the people at RAMP. Be it Mr. Akash who helped us understand the software several times and solved our queries as many times as we needed or Mr. Nitish who trained me and our staff to operate the software and is readily available whenever we need any support. And the online support team is also quick. Even if it is a holiday, the team is really quick.
We are using Ramp software at our multibrand bike workshop. it really ease down a lot of work and its very easy to manage all task with a single software. different apps for customer as well as employess is the usp.
Guys beware,I hv used this app for 6 months. I hd takn a 2 instalment plan with a 1800 bill package for 12k and paid 6k to play safe.The app is just a pain supported by people who are a mess. I used the app to hardly generate about 200 Bill's and bang my subscription expired!! Dey claim to hv called me multiple times, but I nvr recvd ny calls. Whn asked, y not email, they claim that's nt there policy,and I need to pay if I need my cust. data bk. Advise - STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

We are using ramp since last 3 years. It is very user friendly system, even a technician can start operating it within a day or two. The business analytics helps us finding our strengths and weaknesses. Billing system is nice and gives a professional touch to our workshop. Inventory management is possible and is very precise. Insurance renewals are possible with multiple service providers. ( The payout is low) The most imp thing is GST reports are also possible with one touch. Best. Recommended
