RAMP Team

This app is garbage. Not easy to navigate. Constantly freezes. Circle spins forever and nothing loads. Notifications don't come through, and even when they do, you click on it and the new message isn't even there! Very glitchy app that I wouldn't be using if it wasn't forced by our football association. There are better options on the market with way less hassle and headache.

This app could be very nice, and does have some functionality, but there are bugs all over the place. The UI is confusing and needs to be fixed as well. Our club is paying the introductory price for our first year, but I don't know if it is worth renewing with all the bugs. I'm not seeing many updates, so I'm not optimistic that this is a priority for Ramp.

As a team manager and a player I get all games listed twice. If I add a new event, practice for example, there is no way to make any changes after it is created. When I try to access my profile or settings the app freezes completely. I hope there is an update coming soon.

This ap has some features that work well (being able to rsvp to games), but some major features will not work. I can not get calendar information to sync and the map information needs to be cut and paste into google maps rather than linking straight from the app. Both these functions appear to be part of the app design, but neither work which makes this ap frustrating and way less than useful than other team aps.

I can't even create an account. It tells me my password doesn't meet requirements but yet there's no list of requirements. I can see why there's so many terrible reviews.

App does not like to open on my Samsung phone. Takes multiple attempts and too much battery power most of the time I want to look at it. We have assignments entered to the website but no one can see them in the app. Just frustrating compared to others we have used. Prefer team snap over this one for sure.

I wish this would automatically update my calendar like teamsnap does! I have to export every game/practice individually so it'd be easy to miss.. The questionnaire sometimes just simply won't load which makes it a pain as they can't play without doing it, I have Uninstalled and re install the app 3 times now. However I do like the layout, and the information available on it

Account does not exist? Account exists on our computer but can't log in on phone? We even tried resetting the password! What's up wit dat? Update... have to make an account on PC and another on phone app to log in... never heard of such a thing! People have their conversations about shopping and whatnot and I get dinged on every single message too! A VERY annoying app but we are forced to use it ... I hope we go back with team SNAP next year. Can't up the rating, I'm sorry to say!

I can't go into settings to turn on notifications - the app crashes and I have to force it to close. Even better, there is no way to contact the app developer when you can't open settings. I'm being forced to use this app (not for long) - Team snap is much better.

If I could give a 0 or negative rating I would. Not user friendly, glitches constantly, very very basic app with absolutely no bells and whistles. Constant error messages to the team with no dev support. More frustration then worth it. Hoping our association doesn't have to pay for this.

Smoke and mirrors! This app is not intuitive, poor user experience, poor performance, and more. I'm sad that my sport association went with this technology. They must have watched a vaporware presentation. Feedback from parents and users is negative all around. I would not recommend. Try before you buy!

This app won't even open on my phone. It just spins constantly and won't go past the log-in page. It works on my tablet just fine, but my tablet won't fit in my pocket. I contacted support 3 times. They just asked me the obvious, and now they won't even get back to me.

This app is not user friendly at all. The whole interface is very plain and hard to navigate. Not to mention you cant update your profile, tha app freezes on a please wait screen forever. I wouldnt use this app if I didnt have to for my childs team.

Not user friendly AT ALL, I cannot access my setting or change my profile. Basically I change a screen and it loocks up. I can see the calendar (whooooo) but that's it..... Not sure why our organization switched from Bonzai it was much better.

This is a very unreliable app. It updated with "bug fixes" which resulted in the app not launching anymore. Really wish that the team had chosen TeamSnap. Never had a problem once.

As a multiple team owner, manager and player, this app is a mess. Can you not meld the different designations together into one profile? Some seasons I see myself as 6 separate entities on the app schedule & roster. Notifications sent out to the team are never received & availability totals on the schedule are usually wrong. Since the 2 leagues I am in have moved to Ramp I have had to purchase and move my rosters and schedules to TeamSnap for reliable, user friendly functions. 0 stars.

Full of bugs. Very few of the drop down options work on my Pixle 3. Scheduling works Update 1 year later App still full of bugs. Edit profile doesn't work and the chat feature is buggy. Google Pixel 3

absolutely horrible. you can't see a summary of player availability for all games. if you are both a coach or manager it doubles everything. Teamsnap and team connect are much better

The absolute most frustrating app I have ever had the misfortune of being forced to use. The page doesn't show confirmation of your confirmations, the confirmations takes hours it seems to get to our administrator. It causes so much unneeded stress when I receive calls from my daughter that she can't partake in her practice because she's told that the "Tramp" sign off hasn't been confirmed, even though it was done hours earlier. If I could give a - 5 rating I would.

This app is far from user friendly. Total waste of time trying to figure out. Hard to believe a whole association would use this. No option to download a Live Schedule Calendar to your mobile device..... not cool.

This app is the worst. It won't open and it keeps running in the background and draining my battery despite the fact I can't use it. I've reinstalled, restarted my phone, updated....nothing works

Crashes when I try to access settings or chat. The "email google calendar sync instructions" doesn't work either. Can't even open the app after last update.

Great concept but has glitches. Constantly freezes and it makes you have to exit / reinstall. Chat messages sometimes just show up as empty boxes.

No browser access to team/player/schedule data makes team sports even more elitist. Ramp website is a sales pitch sinkhole with no useful info to help navigate their confusing products. Ramp app is flaky. Ramp has not answered my support question. I guess associations are only using it because of huge intro discounts. Perhaps they will improve, but for now Oct 2020, if your association values parents&kids, use TeamSnap.

Since moving to a galaxy note 9, the app no longer works. I've reached out to support multiple times to help resolve the issue, but I have received no response.

The app is setup so you cant change the notification settings. not sure if this is on purpose or just a glitch. 3 months with app, still no fix. Team Snap app is much more reliable.

It won't open the majority of the time. I have 2 boys on one team, but can only register one with a picture. The worst app I have ever seen, used, opened, and any other verb you can think of.
