To the people who get 1002 error code, please change your system language to English. I've tried many times and finally I found it is a system language issue. Give 1 star since it is already 2022 but the developers still don't know how to fix this issue.
Since they've changed this format, the app is worse than ever. I updated less than a week ago and had to update again before I could even use it. There are constant updates. If you're not interested in delivery or pickup, it's much more difficult to use than it used to be. Albertsons really needs to invest in some focus groups to make this a lot more user-friendly to make it a welcoming app!
Many serious problems. App is stuck in DELIVERY with no way to cancel. So I can't do a PICKUP instead. Also, the app has my old email address and its account settings won't accept my correct email stating it's already being used!!! But my web browser account information is correct. Clearly, the App isn't properly linked to the browser's account information.
This may be the worst app I have ever used. I have followed instructions to find my personalized deals to no avail. They show on my account on my computer, not on the mobile app, so they don't come up when I shop in the store. I have looked under every possible link on this app. WHERE ARE THEY? Also tried to message, all I get is we don't understand. Very frustrated!
Does not work. When I sign in it gives me a plain white screen even after restart and reinstall. What a shame.
Customer service is great. Store always clean and easy to find everything. Fresh fruit and vegetables....
Update: Mandatory app update is ridiculous and unacceptable. *** No in app option to turn off promotional notifications. The opt out option should be available without account. Also, no print view for weekly ad.
convenient shopping and great deals! a little on the pricey side but well worth it!
Too difficult to access. Shouldn't need to sign in every time. Other apps recognize my mobile.
Pretty easy to use! I only wish the UdeaIs were easier to find and add. love that I can clip coupons with the app and they show up with just my phone number at checkout!
Delievery not working. I can do in store or pick up but when I try delievery the app kicks me out. Downloaded the app 3 times and still have the same problem. I will give it one more try if it still broken I will cancel my membership. Why pay for something you can't use.
Just updated the app yesterday. This version is so much more user friendly. Thank you for updating.
The main thing I don't like is that I'm scrolling forever through my list, because it repeats the list about 3 times, sometimes with different items showing in between. Also, if I scroll fast all the way to the beginning of the coupons, it automatically drops to the very end of the coupons. So, I have to manually slow the scrolling, so it will stop at the top. Extremely annoying. And, lastly, it just makes sense to be able to shop for pick-up or delievery, on the same app.
The update does not work well on my phone. Even the display is garbled. I wish I could revert to the old app. If not, uninstalling! Update: The app is now working fine, but I'm not a fan of the update. The old one was more streamlined and this one is more time-consuming. For instance, it sure seems silly to have to select my shopping method, enter my zip code, and then click on the next thing. Sorry, too much clicking. Added 2 stars, tho, since it does work. Do check your receipts to make sure you got your coupon credit. Every time.
Weekly ad not opening. New coupons not loading.
It's awfully irksome to navigate, scrolling endlessly through two columns is not my idea of effective UX. It is a slow, clunky application if you intend to be quick, and the categorical organization is stunted by the sizing. Overall, it might be passable for someone that isn't interested in speed and ease like a grandmother, but the fact I am required to run through this whole process just to capitalize on deals previously made automatic by membership programs is... sad. The Barcode is decent.
I love the cleanliness. Great deals and fresh produce.

No place to tip. Seldom received any invoice. Never received a complete order. Polite but ineffective customer service reps. No improvement after multiple complaints.
If Randall's publishers ads why do I have to use the app to purchase food items on sale.
Doesn't open up with out going black screen. Forces phone to freeze. Once open wouldn't scan at Randall's store worthless junk!
Making ne redownload app before I can use it. Been reloading all day and hasn't finished. Guess I will go shop at Walmart instead.
Love the app! The extras of creating a shopping list and the automatic save to you are great! It is the little things that add to the experience as well, like the aisle number that will tell you where your item is at from the specific store. Great app all around.
I keep trying to open the app and it just keeps showing a blank screen. Had trouble last week, uninstalled and reinstalled, worked ok until today. I shouldn't have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app every week just to clip coupons. If that's the case I'll just start shopping somewhere else, too much of a hassle.
