Cannot schedule ANY pickup or delivery! (as of week of March 22, 2020, corona virus issue. But I spent over an hour to register, choose items (and only after choosing something, you find unavailable!), then trying both pickup and delivery, even at two different Randall stores, NOTHING available for the entire upcoming week. I understand our public health emergency, but they should post up front that you are wasting your time. As an app, not bad at all. Showed up on cell phone as well as laptop. I could not tell how to order by the pound (if you choose 3 does that mean 3 onions or 3 lbs of onions? and their calculation for price did not show accurately for by the pound. Maybe when everything settles down, I will try again. Pretty convenient for them to shop, bag and bring to your curbside pickup for $4 (or deliver for $14)
Great time saver. Sometimes hard to find product I am looking for. You can use search or bar code search. Deliveries are on time. Prices are comparable to in store. They have great deals and coupons.
I can only find delivery and pick up not in store app. Clicking on weekly ad does not bring up add to list I must search. Making a list on my computer doesn't come up on my phone.
Excellent shopping service. Everything arrives fresh and we'll packed. The delivery people are super! Although I live across the street, I don't have a car and live upstairs. This service is the perfect solution!
Got better produce Dumpster diving. Delivery very disappointing. Had to pay for it all away around. Now I have to go to the store for decent veggies. Cant reach by phone.
We have been getting our groceries delivered. It takes a while but I understand. Everyone is working hard to assist others in these trying times. I am thankful to Randall's employees for all they do. Stay safe. 😀
Does not link to My list which included items I saved from the weekly ad along with items from Just 4 you even though I was signed in! Very frustrated.
You have changed to apple and if you do not own an apple phone or iPad. You can NOT download the app. This is not right as I have paid for a year And now can not use this
Useful app esp for shut-in individuals; this is the only store with this service in an app. Wish the product scanner worked consistently and more product were available at this store.
Much improved. App rarely hangs up anymore. Great if you don't drive and delivery staff is very helpful
Produce should be thrown out of the cart instead of put in it. Hanging up, waiting on phone for 20 minutes and counting.
I cannot select a shop on Marina Bay Dr in League city. (added) I contacted the service both on app and web site but they never solved the issue.
The delivery persons are always friendly, informative and display great customer service.
Grocery roulette, and odds are not in your favor. Customer service wouldn't allow returns because I did curbside and items had left the store. Requested 1 doz eggs, received 2 doz, and charged for 3 doz. Clicked "salmon fillet, 2lb" and got a giant 4.5 lb fillet. Dubious app descriptions for meat/produce, most sale prices aren't valid, and in-store customer service brushed me off when she saw me holding the Randalls curbside receipt, told me to call the hotline, that rep was equally unhelpful.
Getting better and easier to use. Still slow to load up and sign in.
Love and appreciate online grocery shopping. And I still get the discounts

Remember Albertsons from when I lived in Vegas and it was a great store and I'm sure nothing's changed.

They left out the handicapped and the disabled during all this curbside and delivery nonsense. They only want to cater to the wealthy as it seems has been since I've entered the first. They won't except the SNAP/EBT card ladies such as myself. . they have promised for over 3 years r that are working on it but I believe they lost me for good. Look if a special market TRADER JOES can figure half of it and huge market like RANDALL'S can't get their own act together and help someone like me espe

A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! I spent an HOUR trying to add their app to my phone. Rejected 3 emails 3 times each "Password doesn't match", tried to create an account, it was blocked! I'm DONE! I have spent my last dime in their stores. They clearly are clueless to the fact that they have competition!
