I have been having so much difficulty with this app over time, especially during this month. Many times I go days without being able to access the information about my accounts. This leaves me at risk of overdrafting. The "ERROR" message keeps coming up and so I have to uninstall the app for days and then reinstall it. AND I then have to keep calling in to do my transfers or my banking business. During this month I was traveling and therefore that increased the inability to access my accounts.
Having issues with this company about my money. My biggest problem with this app is that you can't see what your balance was after each transaction and some charges like the random $8 activity charges don't even show up most of the time, you just see that you're missing money.
Nothing BUT problems since the new update 😕. Please fix !
Haven't been able to use it since The last update in February. Now I get a policy violation message when I launch it so it's completely unusable.
The app works great. I love instant balance and the fingerprint login. The internal transfers are instant which is great as well. I love the app!
Easiest way for me to transfer money from one account to thr other. Also, the folks I have talked with over the phone have been the BEST! Helped through very frustating times, enabling me to solve my issue(s)! Outstanding customer service team!
very good to used, I don't deposit checks on it because I stay old fashion prefer to stop at the branch. 10/10 the only thing not too good the ATM in main street Randolph it's takes too long. please fixed it!!! the old one was way much better than that lazy machine.
Awesome app . Helps view all accounts and even transfer money if needed . Also provides credit ratings and shows offers and percentages on different loans. So Glade my teller recommend this
Works well, no problems, easy to use. Only minor issue is during holidays/weekends your mobile deposits can up take to 5 days to go through.
worked fantastic before! but incompatible with android 12 so i can't use it anymore sadly. had to uninstall
This app will log you out at random times and forget fingerprints. Very inconvenient when it happens.
The app is pretty easy to use when you just need to transfer money or view your account(s)
Tried to set up with Zelle. The Zelle up says available on your banking app. The envision app does not show Zelle option.
Ive had myself locked out a few times and the people ive spoken to have been kind and fast. Its a great bank.
