Random Picker

I like the app in theory, but there is one detail that causes a huge usability problem--whenever I try to type the names of choices for my lists, the confirm button gets stuck behind the keyboard, making the app very cumbersome. Why can't I just scroll down, or just hit enter to mean confirm? Neither of those work, so I have to move my keyboard around for every single choice I want to enter, which is ridiculous. Not sure if it's just my phone, but that was my experience.

Random Picker is exactly what I was looking for. I use it for selecting which practical exercises I am going to do for dictation, but it can be easily adapted for family game night or used in the classroom. Another big plus, the app doesn't ask for permission to use your contacts or make calls like a dice rolling app I deleted before I found Random Picker.

Works well but everything needs typing in line by line... no loading from a text file. Really easy to wipe all your work. Cant save a list safely to reload into the app. These improvements would make it really useful. Could also do with a slot machine type spin when lots of items in a list as the wheel approach is kust too small.

This random picker app helps me decide what to do and it saves my lists. In terms of gaming, it helps me decide what character to play as and what stage/map to go to. You know what this needs? More colors and wheel improvements for when your choice has a certain anount of letters, some of them are outside of it. Great app, love it.

loving it. Very simple to use. and has more than 2 lists, unlike some others I could mention. Would like to see the app open on the list screen or welcome screen rather than the last screen you opened and the default reset needs to be out of the way to avoid wiping off all of your lists accidentally.

I like this app. I'm using it to help me to decide on what to draw. The only this I have a problem is that any options over the 15th overlaps the first some. Another thing that could be added is a % for options. As well the ability to sort options and lists, would be nice.

Really nice app. Did find a (non-breaking) bug, though: The result of a wheel spin is retained when you move to a different 'list'. So if you play 'yes or no' and get 'no' then switch to 'chores', it displays 'no' at the bottom.

Worked fine, up until it deleted my lists. I didn't restore the default ones or anything, just pressed the back button. That wouldn't be an issue, if I hadn't put time into making those lists. Some had a lot of stuff in them, so going back and doing them over would be more pain than it's worth.

it is great for being able to create liats for random choosing. 4 stars is due to it not being as equally random as it should. The same numbers or choices are chosen, not every time, but the ratio isnt as random as it should be. I have really liked it though. Good app.

It kinda works, I used it for drawing prompts because I needed something for that. It worked well at first and was easy to use, but then the words started to glitch into each other. So part of the word was over lapping.

This app is easy to use and really fun. I customized lists of scrapbooking products I rarely use so I could use them more. I spin 3 times then make a card. I've wanted to do this for years!

Good for what it is. Very easy to setup. My only problem is that it repeats the same things 2 in a row sometimes. If there was a option not to repeat the pickd items until the list is finished it will be 5 stars.

Easy to use. It saves the lists you make, many randomizers dont save the list of things you want to pick at random. The layout is handsome. Nothing I would change about this.

This is a copy app! If I could scroll and add more options, it would be perfect. Depending on what colors I use, it looks beautiful when spinning. Good job!

Super convenient.. sometimes i feel i would remove the animation and the roulette wheel, since i often want the result without waiting. except these little details, this is great!

Nice app! I have a little bit suggestion tho. I think that'd be great if you can enable and disable item from the selected list...you know to prevent a person get rolled twice

it would be nice if you could select the probability for something to happen. for example, I wanna have a 10% probability of something to happen. I would be better if there were an option to select that value rather than having to write 1 card of that something you want to happen and 9 other cards to accomplish that 10%

I really like the way it lets the user customize the lists and make new lists! It lets you retitle items, change the colors, and add and delete items.

Works well for what it is. One feature that I would like to see implemented: Let us set the percentage of each option. So if I have 3 options, it would be cool to have two of them be 45% likely, and the last option be 10% likely.

Great app, it's everything I wanted. The only complaint I have is that the "Back" button on the phone should take me to the list, not go back to the phone's home screen. It's much more convenient and intuitive that way.

Just what I needed! The app allows you to create lists of any length, so I perfectly organized all my 5-minutes rest options! And it looks very nice!

This app was good to begin with. Simple, easy to use, straightforward. However, I was decided to delete the app, as, on two separate occasions, it just deleted all my lists, for no apparent reason, and I was forced to start them over again. Not impressed.

I think it was really cool how you can put in anything in and it picks a random one. It even saves it for you! But when you download it, you have to clear out all this junk already saved in it. So I give it a 4/5.

I downloaded this app to help choose a game for my weekly Game Night, since my games are not getting equal play. Instead of waiting for someone to request one, I'll run the randomizer and have the game set up when they get there. No more waiting an hour to start!

Love it. I would only change 2 things. Hae an option not to see the wheel only the result after you press the button. When you see the wheel, not see the last times result..

I use this for everything. Eliminating boredom productively, home tasks, teaching, you name it. It's easy to create and edit lists. What else could you ask for in a spinner?

fantastic. I love this app. I use to decide if I'm going to go to work or not every day. it has helped my mental health enormously, and I have had to find may different jobs since using it. I once used it to decide if I should get my kids vaccinated. Brilliant. I cannot reccomend it enough if you want to live a random life.

Very simple to use and works wonderfully, there arnt any annoying pop-up ads, they are just small boxes at the bottom, I love this app.

Great! If random picking is the kind of thing you're looking for, then you're in the right place! Not even any ads! Although you may not use this app very often, it is good for it's purpose, so I rate it 5 stars!
