HOW IT WORKS:
- CHOOSE WORKOUT TYPE: Tell the app whether you want a cardio, weight lifting or kettlebell workout. Alternatively click “Surprise Me” for a random choice among the three.
- SELECT YOUR EQUIPMENT: Tell the app what equipment you have available for your workout (barbells, dumbbells, dip bars, chin up bar, leg press machine etc.)
- TIME: Tell the app how much time you have for your workout.
- SELECT BODY PART: For weight lifting workouts, select among upper body, lower body, chest, arms, back, abs/core, triceps, biceps and full body workouts.
- SELECT SETS PER WORKOUT: For weight lifting workouts, set the number of sets to be completed of each exercise.
- START: The random workout generator will build you a customized and well-balanced weight training, kettlebell or cardio routine in seconds.
- ALTERNATIVELY, SELECT ONE OF THE PRE-BUILT ROUTINES: *Full Body, *Upper Body, *Lower Body, *Biceps*Chest, Shoulder and Triceps*Legs, Back and Biceps*Chest

This app waant exactly what i thought it would be. I thought it was an app that just told you a random exercise to do, but it is actually for full workouts. Which is still increadibly useful, its just not what i personally am looking for

This is exactly the tool I needed to help me design home workouts. I love that I can specify what equipment I have, and then select body parts, move exercises around within the workout etc. Two minor things: 1) I like preparing workouts the day before so it would be great to be able to do so and then press "start" to actually begin... Right now it looks like my workouts are 14h long! 2) would be nice to be able to select the weight unit in kg

No way to pick multiple muscle groups for a workout. Either full body, upper or lower body, or one muscle group. For example, what if you just want to biceps and back? Interface for the workout list of exercises could also be better.

I have a number of pieces of equipment not listed in the app a bit of an expansion would be great. I.e. i have boxing gloves and leg curl machine without the pull down bar. Otherwise the app behaves as advertised.

I love this app. It does exactly what it describes. This app is perfect for mixing up your workouts. My favorite feature is to assign exercises to specific equipment. That way, you can have the app randomly select exercises based on the equipment you have available (for example at the gym vs. at home). The developer is very responsive and made some modifications that I suggested.
