I love working with randstad. Been with the company on and off since 2007. The app is easy to use and understand.

Pretty decent app when looking for work locally.

*update* they're posting scam job ads!! Do not use this!** Don't waste your time with this one. They keep adding new postings but arent actually scheduling interviews for ANYTHING (even if it was literally just posted). I'm not sure if this company just needs more staff (in which case maybe post those positions), or if it's just one big scam. There's literally no way to contact them directly either outside of Facebook, and they just gave me an email to contact but no one responded there either!

I have been to the Heath office twice, and was offered a position, but due to another position that I was waiting for opened, I declined the offer.

App needs work, and so does the company. For starters, the app needs more filter and sort options. The minimum distance is 25 miles away and I can't choose to view which jobs have been posted most recently. As for the company, these recruiters are extremely negligent. I accepted a job and was waiting to hear back to get started, and I never did. Left countless voicemails and emails for 2 weeks, nothing. Had another interview with a promise of a follow up and same thing. Waste of my time.

You guys need to update your interface for uploading and creating resumes, it let's you go through all the steps but doesn't let you save and proceed to finish the final step. I've taken screen shots of every step being finished...but the final one

Very Glitchy! The app is not user friendly at all, info takes forever to populate and when it does, the search results are not accurate, this is just one of the many issues with the app, NOT A VERY GOOD APP AT ALL, YOUR IT DEPT IS NOT MEETING UP TO STANDARDS WHEN IT COMES TO THIS APP, SHAME ON YOU FOR TRYING TO CUT CORNERS!

This app so called sets up phone interviews for randstad but you never hear from anyone. I have set up several and have yet to hear from them! Randstad used to be good but now it' s a headache and waste of time. Not to mention everytime i get the confirmation interview email, it always gives my old number even though when it shows me my application review, it has my new number!

I'm getting repeated "Thank you for signing up," emails, and being asked repeatedly to upload my current resume. This seems to happen either at random, or between every 3rd and 6th job I apply for. Beyond being annoying, this doesn't inspire confidence that the application materials I'm sending are being recieved by either Randstadt, or potential employers. I would love clarification on this matter.

I have applied to more than 5 jobs on their app that i have plenty of experience and very qualified for, yet never any response is given and i keep seeing them renewed. This tells me these jobs are only for grabbing interest to obtain candidates and resumes to be able to show better clients stats.

The app is junk. Nobody from their company responds to calls or emails. The jobs I've applied to using this app are completely unresponsive. Their application process is long tedious, a waste of time and not worth the effort. The "recruiter" I've spoken to in the past are rude and didn't care about using the phone, appointments or being considerate of anyone else but himself. I would never suggest Randstad to anyone. It's a trash company with trash people working there.

Not accurate info displayed had 2 go 2 the website instead. Also cant delete searches.

I download the app and it keeps me on a black screen the whole time. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled mulitple times and still the same thing.... I cant say its a good or bad app. I dont see anything but black.

Each time I try to apply for a position a statement appears can not submit your application. Then on the computer when I apply it has a different statement that appears. I have called a phone number and reported the individual seem not to comprehend what I was saying. I have tried email a copy of the information. The email would not go thru.

It's not helpful if you leave up job postings for positions already filled

Beyond Impressed. The name sometimes makes the brand and this seems like the case here. This app is is far more innovative than anything 'Indeed' or other so-called leading job searching / recruiting apps have. Almost seem AHEAD of their time. Yet nobody is talking about them as far as I can tell. If you're still reading, every single job that you apply to grants you an immediate pre interview by AI. Super advanced, not clunky. This model has gotten me real interviews a few times already.

Easy to use. Great mode of communication

Freezes 100% of the time when you hit "APPLY" (every single time). I have to kill the app each time, so it's 100% unusable.

I got spam from Randstad in 2021 sent to the address I used for a profile I had up on Monster for 2 weeks in 2014. Ugh. I can't believe that a company spamming addresses scraped from another site 7 years ago is going to have much in the way of useful opportunities; I downloaded the app just to leave a one-star review.

BS app. Over 15 applications and only 2 answers talking about they move on to other applicants when I have more than enough experience and full availability. Then 1 app offered $17/hr which i thought was odd for a simple call center and when she contacted me to go ahead and proceed, it was $10/hr. Nah, I am good .

Zero was my actual rating problem is no choice for a 0 stars does nothing it states in details I already have a job through Randstad and trying to access my check stubs like it says I can ... NOOOOOT!!!

Targeted search that I have set up does not show targeted results. Instead, all other job titles are listed as well. That is not what I asked for.

They don't respond to jobs you apply for, nor emails THEY send asking if interested for jobs you qualify for. I've decided to unsubscribe from them and about to delete the app. It's all pointless.

the app doesn't allow to filter for jobs, instead u have to look through all the jobs. not useful or user friendly.
