Simplistic app that helps you range using a mil dot scope. I do wish it had an average size cheat sheet for different animals or targets, but you can't have everything I guess.
It should probably be renamed "Mil Dot Range Calculator" to clear up the confusion, but this very basically does just what it should - simple, and easy to use. For 5 stars, I'd like to see some more calculation options. For those expecting it to turn your phone into an actual range finder... Really??
Now I have to play with it some make sure that it works that's score I might go up or down
Does what it states. It makes it much easier to range squirrels. Just wish estimated size would default to inches, instead of yards.
I thought it didn't work, couldn't zero my scope, turns out I needed glasses! With my new glasses & this app, you can get very close to the measurements needed to put food in the freezer
No help to start. And not what I was looking for. But does what's on the tin.
Perfect for what it does... you want to use mils or mrad for range, this works. I use it on my Atrix 2.
Does exactly what's needed. Would like to see feet used for the object size option
Exactly what I wanted. You input target size, the mils it takes up, and it gives you the range.
This app runs a simple equation to determine the distance of an object based on the height (or width) of an object to the relative size in miliradians
A range computer, not any kind of finder or scope Uninstalled
Does just what it says. Not fancy, but works great!
This is not a range finder. This app is useless and dumb.
Hunt lots n its easier to use instead of spending alot of money
Does as advertised, works well in the field, fast and easy to use.
If you have a calculator, you don't need this app.
Effective way to remind about finding range using mil dots.
I thought u got to choose a distance to shoot but it was a good caculation it was good
Good for cal but it should view a object and tell you how far it is
Needs a bit more work but ok
Great App! It does exactly what it says it does. For use with mil-dot scopes. I'm not sure what the people that gave it bad reviews were expecting.?.?
Thanks.
Does exactly as it should. Very simple.
Not what I thought it was. Good for what it is.
It doesn't really help
Shouldn't even be called a range finder
I have a red dot, milling not optional
The name "range finder" implies a visual range finder. The definition of a rangefinder is a device that measures distance from the observer to a target. This app does not do it. As noted in the app's description, it only calculates the range to a target using an estimated size and the number of mils from the scope. The name should be changed, perhaps to "Rangefinding Calculator". If what you are looking for is a distance estimation app, search for "distance".
