Menu does not open. Just spins a "waiting" icon... Lots of missing sites (cannot update due to missing menu)
Really disappointing. The information is extremely inaccurate. We're tent camping and selected tents from the site options and then when we used those sites, we were moved on! This happened twice! Additionally the prices displayed on the map are incorrect. Several are listed at $1-$20 and then when you open up the pricing info the minimum price is $42. Why display the wrong price to begin with!? Absolutely useless for our trip, we'll be uninstalling and using a different app.
Excellent idea and really useful as a resource when looking for places to camp and things to do. However, the information is quite dated and there arent many recent reviews for things (often upto 10 years ago...), probably because you have to approve your review every time you do it (even though it says you only need to do it once i have to confirm my email address everytime).
I used this app last year and it was great. Now, I can't see any information. Every campground just shows "Awesome, cool camping ground" 7 reviews. No name, no information is available. Deleted and downloaded again, same problem :-/
Not at all intuitive to use. Found myself going round in circles looking for information. Looking good simply means it promises more than it delivers.
Super useful app for a campervan trip I did around North Island. The offline map was very helpful when I was trying to avoid expensive roaming data and couldn't get WiFi. Cheers!
Brilliant app for planning trips. Or separate parts of one trip. Haven't found anywhere to save travel documents, but it's versatility overrides that gap.
Really helpful to find a good spot for camping while travelling in NZ. The possibility to have offline maps is great because the internet reception is not good in all places.
Good app to have if camping/vaning around NZ. Some of the reviews are a bit old. But great for finding sites to camp. Would be nice if the map linked to google for directions to sites.
Dosent work at all, nothing on map, no instructions on how to use map Obviously something has gone wrong as other reviews look good , but I have found no assistance from rankers to get app to work
Recommend this app for anyone planning to explore New Zealand. Found great freedom campsites using it. Great interface as well.
Used this app to guide us through NZ. It directed us to Long Beach Domain which was one of the highlights of our trip. It is a fabulous app and a must have for NZ.

Came in handy on the road. But needs a lot of update on several camping sites; for example some sites listed as free but were not and some sites no longer exist.
We hired a camper and booked flights to Auckland ended up finding the most amazing spots over the 4 nights all from this app thank you for the epic info and helping us have the most perfect adventure!

Works really well and gives good information some of the prices are out of date and you cant use navigate to get to the sites but well worth the info provided
After downloading the disappointing app known as Campermate, finding this app was a breath of fresh air. It's exactly what I was looking for, thank you.

Latest update is stuck on 'downloading 100%' when you ask it to update. Was a great app before that

The app helps my camper van trip with freedom camping site info. I downloaded several other similar camping app and I like this one the best. It provides most useful info, such as free camp sites and free public dumpingstation. The offline map download is another useful feature that sometimes u don't have cellular signal when u camping in rural. I though this app is under-rated, I'll give u 5 stars to appreciate the good work.
