Easy to use. It sometimes is difficult to log in. On a whole it's quite a good app. It's annoying when it says you're trying the wrong password knowing it's correct. For those having issues with malfunctions, I had the same problems but learned to go to app info and clean caches and then clean saved data. Then uninstall and reinstall. It cured the overlapped links and things like that.

To be honest, I almost miss when apps were made like this. Its horribly out of date, but it's perfectly functional. Looks like it's straight out of 2004, but works better then almost every other app out there these days. If you can update the interface and keep the functionality as it is and as fast as it is now, this would be 5 stars. Thank you for focusing on functionality over fanciness here.

By far the very worst banking app I have ever used. Very slow to log into the app, from any type of connection (wifi, mobile data, etc.). And that's if you're lucky enough to be able to log ! the app crashes very very frequently and drains battery even when not in use. When the app does load AND allow me to log in, however, the app is very easy to use. That being said, its a rare occurrence to be able to get into this app.

It's an app. It helps those with a rapid! card manage their money. You can only make 6 transactions into or out of savings per month. I have $80 locked in savings that I really need, but I can't access it because of this stupid rule. This is not mentioned anywhere in the app until you hit this entirely pointless limit. Also, I already rated your damn app, stop asking me to rate it!

Every single time I open "card activity" tab, I am given an error message that simply reads "some error occured". Really helpful. Also about half the time when trying to log in, the app just freezes before I can even input my username or password. I can check my balance without and difficulty, bit then again I could call the number on the back of my card and do the same thing. Your app is buggy and there seems to be nobody paying any attention to it. I use only because my work pays me with it.

Great App...Until Recent Update ... I cannot even "tell more" to tell more about my experience (in the body). Been using this app since Feb 2018. It has worked wonderful without problems ... That is until this most recent update. Now...I cannot access anything and am getting the same error messages as all of these other people. I am only giving a 1 star (only bc I cannot leave it without any stars). It is so frustrating. I will send and email to let them know it's jacked.

App is trash. Takes forever to log in if you can even log in. Half the time you get a message saying "some error occurred" or check network connection when on both WiFi and data. Doesn't work with fingerprint like almost every other app that you have to log in each time you open, e.g. PayPal. UI is terrible and looks outdated. Not much good I can say about the app. Easier to just log in the website.

I really hate this app and card service in general. I need to get switched over to Chime. It's not so cheap. I understand with the COVID 19 outbreak, lines are either busy or down. But I'm locked out of my online account after trying to use my CORRECT password (kept saying it was wrong even though I've NEVER changed it.) I think it has something to do with me activating my new card since my old expired. Still doesn't make sense, but that's the literally the only thing that's changed recently.

It's ok but there are buttons on top of each other and there's other mishaps. For instance, I tried downloading this app on another phone of mine, but its asking for a code to type in that I'll receive in my email. I get the code but there's no space to write it in, so now i cant use the app at all. Plus, previously I had seen an option to transfer money, but once again, the drop boxes do not appear.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Tons of bugs. One major thing is when you switch between apps, it closes automatically. This is especially problematic when you go to get the confirmation code that is sent you and then go to enter it in the app only to find that it closed itself. Extremely annoying skiing many other things.

I have been using Rapid Access for about 4 years and I absolutely love it! I can recieve payments from anywhere; jobs, tax refunds, friends and family. The card has some great features and there in no monthly fee. The app is free and easy to use. I am very pleased with Rapid!

Love this app very easy to access everything you need, and user friendly. The customer service line always has the kindest and most helpful people on-call if you need help with anything from activating your card to changing a p.i.n. rapid!Access is very useful and the biometric lock is also a great way to access your account faster and easier. It just quit working! As soon as I try to open the app, it shuts down right away!! I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it !! Still no change!! This is an update, it's been a year since they fixed the bugs in the app. The app has been working great but the customer service is still horrible!! You can't understand what they are saying to you and they don't know what their doing either!!! As long as the app keeps working and I don't have to deal with the bank or customer service I'm good!

Buggy from the start, closes in the background of my running apps, which is fine to save speed but not while I'm trying to retrieve the verification code from my email for the 10th time just trying to set the account up. Then I get constant messages upon login that a certificate will expire soon or something and now it won't open at all since an update 3 days ago. Not so great guys, makes me nervous about whether the money I have earned is accurate at all or being handled safely.

App is very convenient and up to date with the needs of your average card holder but Rapid pay itself has limitations that really bottle necks the functional aspect of the app. Which is very apparent when reading other reviews. P.s. Signing up was a bit annoying since it doesn't like you using "copy paste" when you type in your email, which is understandable, but it also doesn't inform you of this fact, it just says you cant sign up right now. I had to figure this out through trial and error.

Right now as of last night app won't open keeps giving me an error signal but won't tell me what the error is or let me get in at any point to get a customer service help line! Have no access to my account. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 X's. That didn't work either. Still first screen error, some app is blocking this one from opening?? Really? Which one and where do I find that out?

This app could be better. I can't use it in its entirety, at least on my phone. I can't even access my email in another window or app for the authentication code without the rapid!Access app closing down, which restarts the authentication process. This turns into a deadly cycle of frustration.

It gives me trouble to transfer money, which I need and have yet to figure out how to make it work when I enter everything correctly but it says I didn't, and when I type my password sometimes it doesn't accept it, even if it is a copied and pasted from the 'confirm password' box when I end up resetting and changing the password, but using Biometric kinda helps just bypass it entirely so eh. Otherwise I say it is a pretty solid app to at least check the amount I have and spending history.

This app is terrible with countless bugs that need fixed. I've had it installed for about 5 minutes and the app closes and shuts down every time I open it or try to use it for and takes me back to the login screen where i have to reenter all my info again and again and so far all I've accomplished is seeing what my account balance is, other features seem to be unavailable or inaccessible

Never logs in properly. The activation of a new card did not work using the format of dates that were provided. The app force closes when closing but does not stop processes from occurring leaving the app in a permanently loading state which requires an uninstall. Feels like a third-party app with limited functioning. I would not be surprised if I start needing to watch an ad before I can check my balance

In the middle of setting up the account for the app, the webpage was lost/doesn't exist and I can't reuse my username or password from the half set up account, but I can't log into the app either. Garbage. Also, the fact that the last update to the app was over a year ago, is the reason for my uninstalment and poor rating. If I have to be condemned to use a paycard, at least make the account accessable to the users.

Takes forever for the money to be credited to the card. I was promised no more than a 5-minute wait. Also, the paperwork that comes with the card says that the app is capable of being set to automatically transfer any money that gets deposited on it into a legitimate bank account. This is a lie and that functionality does not exist in the app. Putting in a password then pressing the enter key does not check word, it just closes the keyboard.

Its not very compatible with Galaxy A12. I had to go to my computer because the app kept closing without permission when trying to get an Authorization code. I had to restart the whole thing over because whenever I switched apps this one closed. I got 3 or 4 authorization codes before I gave up and had both my phone and computer open to type it when prompted.

Really easy to use and a great interface! You can set up a fingerprint reader if your phone has one, you can deposit to other bank accounts. I just wish there was access to more ATM's and deposit machines, as it can sometimes be really difficult to get to an ATM that will accept your card (though the app does at least give you a locator!)

Easy to see your balance. Doesn't work to set up for savings, you need to call a rep. Overall unimpressed with the features of this card and the app that comes with it. Most of the features on the app don't work and you must call a customer service rep anyway.

Works!!! I have had zero issues with this app. And have not noticed any lockouts or issues getting MY money, like some banks. Plus being able to like different direct deposits to my account is very helpful. Don't change a thing.

I'm giving this app a 1 because it needs help. 1st I was trying to recover my password and my log on information had already been saved to my phone. However, when trying to recover a password tonight I ended up having to change not only my password but also had to change username because it kept telling me, it was wrong. It wasn't wrong at all. Another thing was when they asked me for the answers to my security questions they kept telling me each one of them were wrong. No they haven't changed.
