Rapid Recharge

Last two. Months I have been facing problem. Despite repeated calls I am. Not getting any response. Really frustrated with this app. I have unused balance as well. Not sure how to get back. Never expected . One of the worst service.

Failed several times. Their esponse is poor. If u inform them today, they may respond (NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM) after 3 days. So i guess they are going cheat u all. So don't keep any amount in their wallet. I know i am going to lose 8915 from my rapid account. Pls use ur wallet amount and uninstall this app before u get looted. I just shared my experience i don't know what about others

Very poor service... Each time I have to message or call them to top up my account. Every time I call time they will say server problem....

I still haven't got my 100 RF . I requested them to refund me or reslove the issue. They don't respond unless I post on Facebook. I kindly request to refund my money. This is daylight robbery. Poor customer service. Poor service time.

Untrusted.. tried to contact them multiple of times but didn't answer

Bad customer service regarding an app that deals with people's money. My top ups were put on hold for two days. Most people would use this at inconvenient hours and your money getting hold at those moments is the worst nightmare for any customer Bad customer service.. do not recommend..

This app worked really well for me so far. Been using it since it came out and haven't had any issues whatsoever. Also the customer service is great even if you run into any problems.

The app was good in the beginning.. but later it went down... the customer service was verry bad . When sent a text they reply after 1 hour

After installing this app almost from the time it was introduced i didnt need to share my phone number with anyone for recharging ... when i had problems adding balance from bank transfer i only needed to share my reciept with the number provided in the app and it was done Love it always
