DONT BUY THIS APP! , people aren't able to see the videos I send through Facebook Messenger and I tried to text videos and the recipients didn't receive it. I hope people are receiving the emails I've sent. I contacted support more than once with only one respose that they would get back to me. I my last app review they promised they would gat back to me ASAP but never did, they stated that so readers would think they are taking care of this issue.
This is the best app ever. I swear it's a whole CRM for my business and creates duplication like I've never seen. There's only one little thing... when importing contacts I wish there was a (select all) button instead of doing it 1 by 1. Other than that, the app is flawless!🙌🏾
Expensive monthly fee for an app! The free app has fewer options and actually blocks you from using simple functions if you did have the monthly pay app and then dropped back down to the free account.
I don't see a customer service email address, so i will use this area. Will Message+ be a sharing option at some time? That is what i use instead of the installed Google Messages on my Google Pixel 3xl. I have heard wonderful things about this app.
Would be great if it was usable. I was eager to use this app for email and CRM management, mainly due to the very readable design. Unfortunately during the sign in phase, the first thing asked for is your "group code". No clue is offered what this code is, where you get one, why you need one, etc. So basically I got to page one of the sign in, and that was that. Maybe you have to be invited to join? If so, why is this publically available to everyone on the app store? Mysteries mysteries...
Worst company! Don't sign up with them. I opted for the monthly payment plan. That's a joke...they will charge you repeatedly the full price of $149 even after you cancel. I have spoken with 1 live person and 2 people via email. They claimed they put me on a free account. Three days later they are still trying to Bill my account. I am not the only person to have this experience with this company. the only 1 that Weber through was for trial. doesn't accoubt for 3 days of trying to charge me $149
This app keeps stopping and does not let me create an account. Frustrating. But with great support from Rapid funnel I was able to log in and create my account. Thanks a million.
This app is awesome!! The only thing I would say is the company should offer a affiliate program. I have referred this app to tons of people outside my team. Even if the app could pay out a dollar or two each month from our referrals that would be epic !! Other than that its 5 stars !
This application will not keep running. All I get is unfortunately rapid funnel stopped working. I have already removed the app and reinstalled it and I still have the same problem.
I like Will Below am having issues with messages going through to recipients who are expecting them via text. I'm using galaxy 9 plus, sprint carrier. I have sent support ticket and they haven't responded back with solution..just that they recieved my ticket.
I can't get into this app! Everytime I've tried I get an error message that says app has stopped working or send feedback. I would really like this app to get fixed. I used this app to work from home with.
It would be amazing if it would stop dropping portions of the app . I even went and tried it on a new phone at the mall and same thing was hap oll ening . It's not my phone it is the app .
I downloaded this app but it's not working. Each time I put the group code in it say verifying and then back to the normal. It's not allowing me to go further and I tried multiple times

I am having a problem with my leader board!! It won't move. I have contacted customer support 3 or 4 days ago but I only get 1 response per day between 3 and 4 am!!! Still not fixed!!!

I'm using a Samsung galaxy s10e & having issues with resources/text being received by prospects (I'm using Sprint for service provider )
If you go into billing, the app crashes even with the newest update.
I've been struggling to log back in but the app is deducting fees on a monthly basis

This app doesn't allow me to create an account. I've been trying to create an account for 2 days and many different ways. Very frustrating. After my original review, I open a ticket and customer service worked very hard until my account creation problem was solved. Customer service was excellent and got the issue corrected within hours. Thank you very much to all at Rapid Funnel for your excellent customer service. I'm very satisfied and will recommend it to everybody.
