I have tried to cancel three times now and they wont let me, they just continue to bill me even though i do not use the service and never have Horrible scam of a company i would not use this unless you HAVE TO. you will be billed forever - UPDATE after reply: I have done that like i said three times now i keep getting charged

PROS: paying through Google Play was the only way I was able to pay. Their website has endless problems with payments. Able to pay with credit card. Instant access via web browser and laptop after payment via Google Play with no problems. You can cancel or pause your subscription to try and reduce the high cost. CONS: damn expensive. For me, 34% more expensive than the already expensive minimum subscription plan. Customer support is very poor--they only reply when they feel like it.

PROs: It is very convenient to subscribe & manage from my mobile device. It is also nice to have the security of payment via my Google Play account. CONs: The Google Play subscription is on a monthly cycle. So, if you subscribe for 3 months beginning on January 1, your subscription renews April 1. However, the Rapidgator subscription is for literal days. Therefore, your 3-month Google Play subscription will not renew before your 90-day Rapidgator subscription expires. This is the only drawback I can find, but it's significant. I don't know how difficult it would be for Rapidgator to accommodate it's Google Play subscription customers, but I'm sure this is a common issue. If they could rectify this, I'd give it 5 stars. Customer Service: When I contact Rapidgator customer service via the support link on their site, a response is almost always within 24 hours. They have always been kind and understanding, even when the "issue" is related to my own lack of understanding.

Its good but I wish you make it more straightforward. Many have said downloaded files werent there, in fact the files showed up right away in the folder but they are still in the downloading stage. I can see from my phones pull down top menu the downloading progress, but I wish you could let me see the progress in the app itself.

The idea is great and the connection is fast. Please fix the following bug that makes this app unusable: a user can choose to download one or more file at a time, and the files will be downloaded in the background. The problem is that the files won't have the same name on the Android device. If I have file 1.mp4, 2.mp4 and 3.mp4 on the server, they will be downloaded as 1.mp4, 1_1.mp4 and 1_2.mp4. Please fix this bug as it makes the app unusable. Thanks

I have been using this service for years and it was great, but for some reason it ended my Premium subscription before the payment due date and will not allow me to renew via the Android app. I have paid via the app without issues in the past and I would prefer to do so again, but I can't do anything because I get an error all three times trying. UPDATE: contacted customer support and was given 3 days back and to try make payment after those days. Was a fast reply. 👍

Garbage. The website is totally worthless, so I thought that I would try the app. Well, just like every website that also has an app, the app stinks. This app is worse than worthless. The only way it could be worse is if it had ads, and if it had ads and worked, then it might be tollerable. But no. No ads, but no function either. Apps like this are why the 'poop' emoji was created. 💩

For those who have trouble getting refund from unwanted auto-renewal of subscription, I managed to contact Google who was helpful in processing the refund immediately. To contact Google, click on the Help and Feedback on the sidebar of Google Play app, click on the Phone button to get a callback from Google. They call me back almost immediately. The Google staff was polite and helpful. Thanks Google, No thanks Rapidgator who refused to refund me. There is absolutely no excuse that no email was sent beforehand of the impending auto-renewal and I only know of it through the SMS of the charges from NY bank.

Tried to renew, and even though my subscription has expired, the app won't let me renew because I "already have a premium account". I contacted Rapidgator for support and their response was to tell me to purchase through a reseller (around a 20% markup). That's tech support that gives new definition to the term "useless".

Errors constantly and makes you wait another 45 seconds. Doesn't work at all

Seems to work good so far. Can someone tell me if this app is recurring payment ? I purchased a 30 day premium access and want to make sure it is infact just for 30 days. Website states premium accounts are set to recurring by default. Google settings doesn't show I have any subscriptions, I just want to make sure everything's all good...

Response to developer: I did a full search of my phone for the files including the destination folder. multiple attempts. The files did not download. Original review: app says files have been successfully downloaded but the files do not download. the service works, the app does not.

Mobile app is garbage. Desktop site and services are top notch. However I cannot upload any files whatsoever from my phone's internal storage or SD card. The app is only good for buying a subscription. Use a PC if you want to upload it download files.

Doesn't work don't waste your money. I didn't read the reviews and bought a subscription and simply this app doesn't do what it says on the tin, I only ever used my phone so I'm not sure about the desktop site but this is a app for the phone so who gives a toss about the desktop site that isn't what I had paid for. Basically it will not actaully download even though it may show a download bar if this happens be sure to request a refund from Google play.

Downloaded part 1 and part 2 files on this app... it doesn't go to my files on Samsung s5 tablet... its says unable to open file... any solution... update part 2 file was corrupted unable to open... unfortunately I canceled my subscription... it shouldn't cancel my subscription instantly... as it was a learning process with this app... how do I contact support can you please answer me

This app used to work fine, but seems to be broken now. Can't renew to get more traffic even after cancelling the subscription and trying with a new account. Support can't seem to help and said to use other pay methods, some with big mark ups on the price, so I guess they're not continuing with the app... Pity, it was good while it worked....

App has suddenly stopped downloading files. It tells me the file was unable to be downloaded, but I can download the file just fine through a browser. This has started happening for every link. I've tried clearing cache, app data, and reinstalling to no avail.

Every time I attempt to download a file (approx 300mb) the app just says "Cannot Download File" every time. Try to download through the windows explorer on my Samsung phone. Have used your service on my PC for many years, but the app isn't working. Any advice?

the compatibility of the app is amazing..i use it with the one on my windows pc and it works out awesome. i try my best to recommend the app to my friends as it does not give much trouble compared to your competitors like shareit. even though it may not be the most popular app where am from. for me it is the best sharing app in town. i think they just dont know it yet. i will continue recommending to my friends *

Uninstalled, app isn't any better than website. Just like premium isn't any faster, downloads get interrupted, and a very frustrating first time experience. I'd please like a REFUND.

Read carefully the review from the other users. This app doesn't work 😡. Waste of money. After paying for full month I was not able to download even one file. It will always get stuck in the middle. Their support will tell you they have no responsibility for third party content, although their app doesn't work with multiple content providers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Auto-renew feature enabled by default so when you restore your phone and app installs it enables subscription in Play store by default. Support is not responding. I guess i have to file with my credit card company,

Nitroflare filehost is way cheaper and popular. Your prices are not advertised correctly from the website. The prices on the app is more expensive than advertised. Deceptive advertising and scam. And yes, if you are from the US, you have to pay tariffs (sales tax), that is another lie within the app which says no tarriffs.

It's a great and simple app for managing Rapidgator downloads and profile. Getting premium subscription is also seamless. I highly recommend this one. I was wrongly charged once but everything got rectified in no time.

Rapidgator is the best app to store and transfer the files which you will find in the playstore. It keeps the storage and transfer the files in a good way.
