The app is very useful when traveling from place to place. Especially the people who are down every day using the app can know the exact time of the bus which saves them a lot of time. Often a bus is canceled but it is a waste of time waiting for the lack of information and finally getting annoyed. This application is very useful but does not work due to some error since 6/9/19. Request to be updated.

Hello amnex infotech. Pvt. Ltd. Greeting of the day You app is very useful for everyone but some bus data are missing in this app and some time app is not working well. Somtime what happen, some routes are not found in your app but bus are already available in particular bus stand so please do some updates in your app. Thanks 👍👍

Normally this app is really good to know where is your bus actually. but some time due to server problem or any other problems it's not working properly. from 6 September 2019, this app not working properly. so if developers can solve this, so it's good for all.

Was a good app but since last last 6 to 7 days the app has stopped working It is unable to search buses as it says it automatically crashes saying please try again later If i was to give the review a few days back i might have given it 4 stars but now just 2 stars because it isn't working but i know how useful it is if it works

Actually I want to give 5 star rating but, from last 4 - 5 days whenever I select my bus app is geting very much time to load, and it is showing " please wait " . This is runing perfect in starting days and I'm in love with this app. but currently this is not working smoothlly. So I hope app developer may do something for imrovement in this app... Its really very needful. Thanks Rapid Go...😘

your app is excellent but if there are some notifications added in it, it will be awesome, notifications like your saved route bus is 5 min away from your station, can we save the bus and it's station and notifications time like notify me before 5 min or before 10 min.....

overall app is very useful... but needs improvement in many things like gps consistancy, and boost up speed. and one more suggestion, for routine user, who are travelling daily on same route, please add favourite route option, in which user can store route and save times... if above queries will solve, everyone give this app 5 star.

overall good app but need some improvmnet , while we choose bus between 2 stop in that only bus shows which is avallible from that stop for example i search bus between khergam to valsad depot in that khatana pati to valsad bus is not showing , you ca n take example from Railways NTES app in that if you search train you can found all the train which is run between that 2 selected stop which you select, check out Railways NTES app and make some improvment and make app fast , it seeam to slow

Amazing app but still has some bug. Many time you wont find the bus if it leaves the station & GPS is not accurate but good. I Hope developers fix this. Overall its great app.

App is running very slow. As soon as we type any Station name it is not responding and frequently hanging. Performance is very poor. Please improve this application performance.

In past I used this application. It is very useful but to search bus is little complex. Today I am waiting at Kamrej bus stand and searching for my bus but I can't found it. Searching is also very slow. As it is very useful application, developer should improve it.

It is actually very good App. But user can not check bus schedule for upcoming days. Need improvement in this function

Stuck everytime when i am trying to search name of destination it stuck and doesn't search any more i restart it but again problem as it is every time.

Hello team, here i inform you there is timing problem to show current runing bus time. there is one of bug to please resolve it. Many users get same problem and missed the bus. Please working on that. Thank you

The app is good but sometime it takes too long to load and continue to buffer till our patience give up. Some of routes are not added in your data repository. Please do it. Thanks.

I use this app each and every day and most of time it is perfect but sometimes when the bus is not going to arrive still the app shows that the bus will arrive......all over the app is really helpful and great

You are doing really a good job, and it is useful to so many people. but this app is slower in some area and takes too long to load or fetch the data so i request you to please resolve all this issue. Thank you

For gujarat gsrtc Still need lots of work. Some time running bus not showing in list even we are seating in it....give option for search by bus number, and give option for pessanger that are you in the bus etc....

this app NEARBY STATION features need more improvement. Some buses are not seen properly in map and in short time update your time table Add new features in this app - which bus arrives & stand at a time in bus stand.

even a new born baby can develop thousand times better app than this. refresh everytime we press back button and take 5 mjnutes to load that page. we have to fill up every detail if we minimise the app and open again.

Good app but there are some issue like there are so many buses between some stations but in this app u can find no bus between this 2 stations.... Pl update about it and also no local bus found in this app..

Its very helpful for gsrtc bus service. We can easy find many bus. Except some bus its great. Its just need to fix some things only otherwise its very helpful for every travelers in gsrtc bus service
