RapidIdentity
The RapidIdentity Mobile Client enables organizations to use Push and Time-based One-Time Passcode (TOTP) authentication methods in place of passwords or as a second verification step during the login process to RapidIdentity and RapidIdentity SSO enabled applications. RapidIdentity TOTP works offline and does not require any cellular or wifi connection.
The RapidIdentity Mobile Client can also generate TOTP passcodes for RapidIdentity and other personal SaaS services and web applications that support mobile-generated passcodes, enabling users to consolidate other authentication tools into a single app. It supports all the same apps supported by Google Authenticator, including Gmail, LastPass, Evernote, Dropbox, Facebook, and much more.
With the RapidIdentity Mobile App, you can also lock specific passcodes behind a PIN or your phone Touch ID, so even if your phone is taken, your codes are not left exposed.
When an organization employs RapidIdentity Mobile Client to facilitate authentication to their environment, it is necessary to have RapidIdentity Server version 4.8.2 or later to ensure the mobile device can receive notifications from RapidIdentity Server.

The Authcode that was sent to me wouldn't even allow me to open it on my phone. I just want to sign in once a day and then be right on with my school work instead of signing in nine times a day, and that's not exaggeration, unfortunately
The app worked ONCE, then FAILED to work a second time. The button only shows as a black bar at the bottom. This is an app that is supposed to provide authentication to get to my schools web pages, but it DOES NOT WORK!
If I can give a 0 star I would. I have missed school work because of this Terrible app, I don't understand why my school will switch to a thing like this in the middle of a semester. The pingne does work and then It gives me a one time code which on my school login I don't see a place to put that code. This is so useless . My other school use DUO and it's perfect
The app does not take any steps in MFA to try and secure your account properly when enforced by the server admin. It has no support for fingerprint access on Android and requires a pin even when your mobile device is secured. Activating the app with a RapidIdentity server is very unintuitive and seems very unsecure for what it was supposed to do. MFA configuration should take two forms of verification before allowing the app to take ownership. During the setup steps it doesn't even try to verify anything other than your username and password which will open a big security issue it should be helping with.
Account hides the top half of the code. This makes it hard to read certain numbers and I've had to cycle though several to get one I could interpret. Also, no settings menu? Fix this app!
The WORST, most unintuitive 2FA app. It rarely shows authorization notifications and makes me open the app and type in my pin most of the time. It also does not support Wear OS. Thanks for making my school login system the worst! :D
I downloaded the app so I could access stuff from school. In the beginning it asks you for a server url or a key. I dont know what the heck those things are. It doesn't make any sense and I already have an account but it doesn't have a button where you can just sign in if you already have an account which is very confusing.
Unbelievably useless. My college made me sign up for this to be able to sign into Canvas, why? No clue.
This app is terrible because signing into my NOVA account from my Note9, I get a message saying the device is invalid. It's frustrating!
I hate this app. So much. I've had to reinstall this on my phone 3 times and I STILL can't login to my school account. I've missed one test and an assignment already because of this awful system.
Yeah, this app is trash. I mean, the plus side is that no one will be able to get into your account...This includes you...I put in my pin once and it's like the app forgot my pin. Now im locked out of my college account.
Does not even work, can not open canvas after I hit approve for push authentification and just gives a "failed authentication" notice. Glad our college invested so much into something that works "phenomenally."
TERRIBLE APP!!!! Login notofications do not show up and ZERO IT help. Google please delete this from the appstore as it does not serve any functions!!!!!
you can't get rid of it. you can uninstall it but it's coupled with your login forever, making your account unusable without it
This is by far the worst identity protection I have ever dealt with. This setup doesn't allow any other options other than using a cell phone. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I have to use this for school every time I log into my school account.
Needs Fingerprint support. iOS has support which you can see in this apps screenshots, not sure why there are iOS screenshots for an Android app. There's another review requesting Fingerprint support almost 2 years ago.
The app stopped working and will no longer connect to my company's multi factor authentication server. I no longer have any way to remote login or work from home.
Setup push notifications but the notification crashes immediately and now I'm locked out of account.
This is not helpfull at all! I already have an account why can't i just log into that the "secret code" will not even pop up on my screen how am i supossed to see what classes i'm going to be in if the app doesen't even work?.

It's awesome my daughter gets on it to check her school work and it doesn't freeze it is very reliable app it helps my daughter finish her assignments
Won't ping when trying to log in. I'm locked out of my school account and there is seemingly no way to change my MFA. If you your school requires this it probably will be worth using SMS or email as your MFA
would be good to have finger print available for abdroid devices too instead of PIN. On iDevices it works with fingerprint already.
So many passwords without telling you which to use, thus locking you out of your account. Reinstalled to try again but I'm unable to get into my school account to fix it. Even though my account as "locked" for 2 entire months, it still allowed me onto Canvas until i used Respondus, so it doesn't even work. Have to drive to the college now to get it fixed. Terrible app. I really really hope my school discontinues this.
