That app is useful when it works but it crashes every day, rapidweb app they had was better. Developers are good and sent me a more stable beta version and seems to work good so far
After getting used to the new icon i love using it. Where ever i am it gives me quick and reliable access to the accounts. Very easy to put accounts in to test.
This is the definition of hot garbage. Almost never loads properly and crashes frequently.
Poor operation of 2fa, and forced update Has now caused the app to stop working.
Wish the customer search feature was a little better but otherwise does what it's supposed to!
App just updated and now it will not open on my phone

Great App. Coming from an employee, I use it often when I am out of the office to still keep eyes on what is occurring.
It's 2017. Update the app so it doesn't look like it's from 1999.
Rapid Response app is great! No waiting for someone to pick up the phone and ask you 10 questions just to place system off line. This saves time ,money,& aggravation. This one is better then the competition. It let's you choose how long you want a system offline. Also you can view history, you can see signals come in and restore. I really appreciate the details in this app. They got it right!

For some reason this Mobile Version Rapid is not letting me view the messages from the central station. And i am not able to use the app. To call customers. This is very frustrating. I think the 3 version is better, it also color codes alarm events. If I was able to view messages on it, it would be Awesome.
Outstanding app to manage alarms and subscribers
I love using this app. When im out on field and i need to put an account on test quicky. I can always rely on this app to get the job done. Quick test results and user friendly interface. Could ask for a better tech tool.
