Rapido - Best Bike Taxi App

Waste app really, no proper incentive method...if I complete 10 rides then inventive is 90...what's the use. Some rides may be lengthy, some may be short, and even to pickup the passenger we need to travel long distance. It's a waste incentive method. Instead of this the previous incentive method was far good enough, which was based on km wise. Just straining our body, nothing else. It's really a foolish thought rapido team, just change your plans and make riders happy. Other apps are better!!

Very bad app oh normal auto i go for 80 rupees and check on rapido then 710 rupees My first time using the app and the experience was bad. First of all its mapping is terrible and it shows routes through non existent roads. Then the app changes the trip price based on the payment methods or coupons you choose (it increases the prices and then shows a discount) and finally the fare shown at the end of the trip is not what was shown initially and the drivers demand more cash...

I saw adds everywhere so decided to download this app. I want to say something good because the 2 drivers I've rode until now we're very kind but the other 100 times when rapido was very slow in finding drivers leaves you with 2 stars. It also shows that all other customers get a driver within 60 sec..which I bet is not true..I wait for 15 whole mins then find a driver..always delays my schedule.

Very disappointed with the increased fare when u need a ride. There should be a fixed fare and drivers cancel the rides whenever they want, rapido should take some steps to make it more reliable. I use to go to my office via rapido everyday but because of the unjustified increment in fares and drivers unreliability i had to change my way of transportation. It's only okay for one time use or so not for everyday transport option.

When booking a ride, it shows captains nearby within 4 mins, but after booking captain at long distance get booked that are within 10 mins range. Still captain takes more than that to reach the pick-up point. You have to book atleast 20 mins in advance, otherwise not feasible.

Worst service ever. The captions are very unprofessional... Always demanding for extra cash. Even after booking 20 mins before they are not able to make it on time. Want's to know the mode of payment or requests to pay in cash. Even after several complains there are no changes. Recommend not to use it.

Showed 2 minutes for the captain to arrive after sometime showed 14 minutes and then the drive was cancelled. Booked again and the same happened. In the map there wer 4 to 5 captains available. If not possible why showing 2 minutes. Going to uninstall the app. Totally no use.

How rapido cash back works is , if you apply the coupon, your estimated fare increases by that much , then you pay legal tender, which they then convert to rapido coins as cash back. So, is rapido coins legal tender? Also they increase ride fares enroute and the customer then has to shell out in cash inspite of multiple wallet balances.Someone needs to check that! Also even with rapido pass paid for extra , the fares were found greater than ola and uber.

I have been using this app for last few years, and my experience was good but nowadays Captain are mis-using it. Whenever i book a ride they tell me to pay extra cash which is much more than actual fare, sometimes they are demanding double of actual fare. If you deny to pay extra they cancel the ride... Kindly look at this

Not a good app for emergency riding.. I have book an auto for Railway Station. It is shown that auto is nearer to me. But no driver pick up my request.. I have try five times. Finally I have go through a private taxi for my journey. First experience is soooooooooo disappointed.

Whatever one says this app is the best. The instant booking is just what one needs. Was trying to book from ola and uber from a party, either the driver cancelled or was not finding a cab and wasted my 50 mins. Lastly took rapido auto and reached home safely in 20 mins. Thanks a ton rapido!

Drivers always ask for more money than the app shows , so u have to cancel it multiple times. Moreover everytime you cancel the ride because of company's mistake the next ride becomes more expensive. Not a good experience very bad app and service both.

I have gone 4 bike trips in last one month and all the trips were at peak hours, but whenever I book a ride, vehicle is assigned in few seconds and also the vehicle reaches the pickup point very quickly. Waiting time for me was minimum. Most of the drivers readily accept online payment and there is no haggle for extra payment over the actual fare. Also the charges are low. The app is also very lite and functions smoothly when compared to other taxi/bike booking apps.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, most of the captains ask for extra money and don't respond to call if you deny to pay extra cash, they ask U to cancel your ride from your end and most important customer support don't give quick response. Customer care always try to convince you that this is the last time and will not face this issue again but the same thing is repeated again and again like it has been taught to them that this is the thing you need to do with everyone. This is the last time I'm facing this.

I hate this app. Because it doesn't provide enough UPI payment options like phone pe Google pay kindly update the app. Also the map provided is very long and costly. I personally used the shown amount was less but after ride the amount increase to double.

App overall is well made but recently when I booked my first ride, I waited for ride for 20 mins after a rider accepted it and rider was just standing at one spot whole time, I cancelled the ride later on. I also prepaid it and now my money is stuck in their wallet, I can't withdraw it and I don't think so I will consider their service again so I believe that money is gone forever.

I booked a ride. It took like forever to find one who could come and pick me up. After it did, the rider himself didnot accept it for quite sometime. So eventually I had to cancel it. Later I booked an auto, he accepted but after making me wait for some 10 minutes or so, he cancelled the booking from his end. Wow !!!! Great going. And the coupon offer is useless. There is no point. Only 5 bucks were reduced from the overall bill.

Worst App. First of all, it takes a very long time to book a captain for a ride and once the ride is booked, and u are waiting for the captain, the captain cancels the booking because he don't want to go. Again you have to wait the whole time for a Captain to accept the booking. Also the fare is not guaranteed. When you book a ride it will show you a different amount and when u reach ur destination, the amount increases. I have even email the customer service team but there is no reply yet.

😃👍Works most of the time with the occasional ill mannered auto drivers. It's considerably more expensive than using an auto by meter. If auto drivers in Bangalore were scrupulous enough to charge honestly by meter then there would be no need of rapido. None of the drivers have cash to give me as change. Rapido should verily disable cash payments. Some auto drivers are polite enough to upi me. Some illmanered ones don't. Don't use this app.

App is good but one problem is showing in this, the call is made from the registered number only, you can improve it to allow the captain to call from all the numbers. If you do not have enough balance to make the call, then the call is not received, due to which it is very late. and there is a problem
