Waste app really, no proper incentive method...if I complete 10 rides then inventive is 80... what's the use. Some rides may be lengthy, some may be short, and even to pickup the passenger we need to travel long distance. It's a waste incentive method. Instead of this the previous incentive method was far good enough, which was based on km wise. Just straining our body, nothing else. It's really a foolish thought rapido team, just change your plans and make riders happy. Other apps are better!!

Worst app UI, worst incentives. need to improve the lead quality.sometime pickup is like 7 km and drop is 1-2 km. what is the use of driving that much distance to pickup for 20-30 rupees?need to change incentive methods.not even possible to make 10 rides in 5 hours in city places for only 90 rupees😏.

My experience with this app is very unpleasant. I've registered with all the necessary documents more than a month ago. Still my uploads are under verification process. Can't understand what are the parameters for getting verified by these guys.

Very huge loss to me. Am a rapido captain since 2 years. No development for app. While booking received to need show pick up destination and drop destination and amount is must to show to captain. So at that time for accepting bookings very easy. But you guy's are not providing that thing. Look Rapido CEO and team think once if all of the rapido captain stop to use the app then think once hole company will shutdown and you guy's are coming to on road. So Keep this on mind and develop well.

Once completes the order after selecting cash collect page is not moving to next order. It's showing payment processing . Regarding this when spoke customer care they have no solution. There is no proper technical team to communicate. Some customer care people giving random time like 1st person told 15min,2nd person 30min after few more calls last person told me it takes 24hrs to resolve this issue by technical team. u team wanna know about app issue.pls leave technical team mail id to contact.

App is good. But please make sure that, while order pops up it needs to show us drop point. So that we can plan accordingly. When customer cancels the ride after reaching the destination. At that point charges needs to be more than the usual charged amount.

Worst experience when ever I use it, when ever I redeem the money from my wallet, I have to wait for 48 hours to get it into my account. Guys, I suggest not to use this app for earning. Thr customer care is also worst here, never sort out issues. Waste of time and energy and fuel with rapido.

There is a same amount to all bikes per each trip. What I feel is that there has to be separate fares for different bikes. Like how we have for cabs. Because there will be a different in comfort and pickup and mileage. Pulsar will not give the same amount of mileage when compared to hero 100cc bikes. So those higher cc bikes has to be paid higher.

My experience as a captain when I started its okay but after 2 months experience what I found out is that when customer pay online & when I wanted to transfer the amount to my account from Rs 80 I got only Rs 29 the rest has gone to the Rapido company from what I am supposed to receive the amount the company is supposed to take comission only 20% but it has taken more than that which is not acceptable and when customer cancel order we should get more incentive because we have gone to pick upfar

Fed up with app surface it's totally irritating while using plenty of advertisement s other stuff included... please keep all'the advertisement in the notification bar... some times'it's unable to confirm the order due to the stuck of advertisement....👎👎👎👎🙆‍♂️🙆‍♂️🤦
