Very very very slow. As a driver I missed a lot of requests because of it's slow response. Most of the requests I get are timed out/ picked up by other drivers when they reach me yet I still get notified about these very expired requests! This happens 95% of the time! Navigation is TERRIBLE. once I pick up an order and hit navigate to drop off, navgaition takes me to pick up location! I reported it so many times to support after I updated the app and deleted it and reinstalled it.
Accepted a request in the morning, drove almost 40 minutes to the pickup location and as i arrived the delivery itself was canceled, this is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL to any driver out there. The app isn't so stable and glitches sometimes, offering you the same opportunity over and over again, even with you rejecting it.
As a new driver, the app is relatively easy to follow. Onboarding feels a little overwhelming but professional and very helpful and responsive when you make a mistake.
I work a number of driver apps and was really excited when I read the reviews with this one. Unfortunately I never got passed downloading the app. Every time I tried to hit apply now the app force closed and gave an error on my phone. I tried this several times over an hour and am deleting it with no luck.
I accepted a job went to pick up location then the app glitched and work order was gone. I contacted support advice of my situation and was told they can't find me ever accepting a job I had taken a snapshot of the work order which clearly showed me at the pickup location waiting before the app glitched. I was advised to cancel order that a developer has to fix this problem. I was not paid, no response back from support or recruiter and now no access to app. I will update review if changes made.
Well...I found what I thought was a way to make extra money. Not the case, I had to download other apps to supposedly get paid through...read a manual pass a quiz and set phone interview. Well I did all the above only to be harrassed about paper work that has already been recvd no apologies for that mistake, also the company no showed on a phone interview but sent email saying no contact, then I come to find that maybe there looking for a certain type of person catch my drift. I have proof. SMH
The best and decent delivery gig I ever worked for, I have to credit them that. Unlike Uber or Amazon services, you drive in certain block/area close to where you live. You have better control on how to manage your time all you need is to grab whichever fits you
Doesn't matter if I have the app open all day.. I'll never get a request, Unless I sign out and hopefully get it to sign back in before the request is gone... And the few times it's actually worked, it wants me to drive 30 miles away for $17 lol
Horrible... The app would not let me complete the test delivery and because of that they're saying that they don't want to move forward but I didn't even get a chance to move forward because I never got a chance to get past the test delivery
It's an easy app to use. Daily deliveries available. Payouts are every Monday. Professional support.
Overall process of delivering is simple and streamlined. App loads quickly even when you dont have a newer phone. I love it.
Getting better all the time! The pop-up notification is fantastic, I accepted, got the job delivered and was paid Monday morning. Win - win!
Signed up for this service. Only got 1 delivery in over a month. Have not seen anymore at all. No help from their so called support team. Are any other drivers having issues and not seeing anything in months?
Quick money and no issue with the app. I made 20 on my first delivery and 40 on my second. Combined I spent about 90 minutes to do both gigs. Definitely recommend it
Really like the model compared to other delivery apps as it can make multiple pickups going in the same direction.
App requires access to your location at all times even while the app is not running and refuses to work otherwise if you download this app instantly rate it one star and uninstall.
Keeps saying i accepted an order from alaska airlines and I have to cancel. Sometimes it chooses orders for me out of nowhere. Works but, can get frustrating.
Installed the app, it asked for location permission. I granted it for always. Notification would not go away. Had to uninstall
needs a daily pay, cash out feature to our banks or debit that is only available for full-timers :( and easier to see when sometimes it's too far out, or we do not like the area we're picking up or dropping off from.
Cant get the app to load. It crashes when i try to put my info in, and displays error messages.
You can work whenever you want but couldn't request for the jobs that you would like to take. I would definitely recommend this app if you are in need of extra money
Great app. And a great eay to earn extra money when i have the time. Easy to use and decent pay. Love it so far.
Has a bug so won't load anymore. Fix and will change to 5 stars
They want access to too much on your phone just to sign up I don't trust this app
I use it outside of my regular Amazon flex job, pays better, not much hassle, I tend to get a lot of deliveries in Denver with my truck
Works perfect for me with busy schedule when I have a few free minutes and something pops up I grab it make a little extra and pays over Paypal now
Very bad business to work on. A lot of requirements to apply and finally no opportunities. Waiting time. Owful
It ask to use location service even when the app is closed??! No thanks.
Have trouble downloading app. Allowed access to everything but still would'nt open.
The app is up and working now this is one of my go to apps thanks for fixing the problem
