Garbage app. It's 2022 and somehow there's an app that takes 5 min to load. Very confusing to navigate. Most features are either useless or dont work. I've been to two games and have yet been able order food to my seat; always says "error - service not available". Garbage garbage garbage.

This is a very very very poorly designed app. I would have given it zero star if that was an option. The ticket sale function does not work properly. I would list a game in the app but only to get a message that "something is wrong" but later still get an email confirmation that they have been listed, and then still find the tix not listed in the app. This happens on a consistent basis. Worst part is this is the only way to see my season tickets now. MLSE congratulations you've done it again, marvelous!

I subscribe to the philosophy that if I have the time to complain, I should also have the same amount of time to give Kudos when they're do. The "video failure" issues were so frustrating and made the app really hard to to get any information as far as video feeds, without it (app) having to be deleted and then reinstalled. Anyway long story short I'm happy to report the video issues seem to be fixed. I now think it's an excellent app! Kudos and thanks!

The app provides great information, but it's really buggy. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to see the video clips. It gets annoying. *******UPDATE******* The video issues are resolved, and it works perfectly. Great job guys, thanks and keep it up.

Honestly, this UI is one of the worst I have ever seen. It doesnt adapt to different phone screens, is super clunky and is slow. I'mma keep it because of loyalty but I really hope they invest some money into developing this app to make it more functional.

Won't let me sign in to access my tickets and no way to get help. Not sure how to enter the game and have no help.

Excellent source of up to the minute information

I love the detailed stats for each game! Really great breakdown of various mettics, shot makes and misses, even a play-by-play for the whole game.

Average app with subpar support. Like many other users, the videos in the feed won't play. It beachballs into oblivion with the error: error loading config l appConfigXML l Severity:2 I've deleted this app until I see an update.. it's frustrating to know I'm donating all kinds of metadata and getting nothing in return.

Hello, first of all I am glad there is an App. I understand it's new and needs to sort out some of bugs. - Under the "Fans" tab the "Secure Your Spot - Championship Showcase" link and "Win the Ultimate Experience" link is not working. The error message is "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET." Hopefully you guys know of this and we can get into this links. Best regards

I find it disappointing that there is no section for "News" or "Transactions", just printed articles/interviews, etcetera. I don't necessarily want to view a video of the players or coaches; why aren't there just articles to read? It is easier to skim through such whereas, with videos, one is forced to go through the whole thing.

Raptors beat the mavs and scored 100, Pizza pizza coupon doesn't show up. The message center is all messed up, no matter which message I click on it shows score updates for the bucks games. Sometimes when the app leads the menu buttons float to the middle of the screen blocking content. Soooo many glaring bugs. Were features even tested?

Last year the app worked fine. Mine is stuck on the main red screen with the dude. I never see the main page. I have to randomly click somewhere to get out of this screen saver. So stressful.

Won't even let me create an account, tells me my password is invalid at the "sign up for emails from MLSE" page, and the password must have a capital letter and a number and be between 6-20 characters when it does have that.... Can't access the app because of it. If I can ever log in I'll update the review

It's getting better evertime they add to it. Tons of fun using the chat during games.

The app is slow. There is also a bug when transferring tickets. it is near impossible to get a reply from customer support so if you have an issue you are teuly on your own. dont buy your tickets here unless you want to miss the game you paid hundreds of dollars to see.

Keeps on saying to upgrade, but can't upgrade app and can't get access to tickets

I won tickets to game one of the Playoffs last year against the Wizards with this app. Within like 2 hours of submitting, they called me and told me to come down to pick up my tickets! I was pretty shocked, I definitely didn't think it would happen. But I feel obligated to say this app is dope!!

Poor experience. It's impossible to click as there is no sync between the button and the actual tap. It looks like it was designed in 1990 o.O

Lots of valuable info in good format and easy to navigate

The play by play feed during games need to be updated for user friendliness. The most up-to-date play is all the way at the bottom and annoying to have to scroll all the way down. Need to update so that latest play is at the top of the feed

App is not easy to navigate. The layout of the store and app in general is terrible. It crashes all the time. Some parts of the app don't work.

Works nicely on iOS, but does not work on my android tablet with Android 8.1. It keeps crashing when getting into the player/game stats ... developers please address this issue, thanks

Compered to other sport teams apps this one is bad. just not appealing at all. More team news and articles and analysis are needed. the home page is boring.
