-The Rasengan is a powerful A-rank technique invented by the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, which he created by observing the Tailed Beast Ball. Minato spent three years developing the Rasengan; his plan was to take the shape transformation of one's chakra to the "highest possible point" and then combine it with his chakra's nature affinity.
Creating a technique that did not need the aid of time-consuming hand seals to control. He died before he could accomplish this, but on shape transformation alone, the Rasengan is still a very useful, powerful, versatile, and difficult technique to learn and master.
-The Rasenshuriken creates countless microscopic wind-blades that severely damage the body on a cellular level. It produces so many individual strikes that even Kakashi Hatake is unable to count them all with his Sharingan.The wind-blades sever all nerve channels in the body, leaving the target unable to move after being struck. They also attack the entire chakra circulatory system, which cannot be repaired by any form of medical ninjutsu whatsoever.Depending on the severity of the damage, the victim may not be able to perform a technique ever again. Because the Rasenshuriken does cellular damage to Uzumaki.N 's arm when he first uses the technique without throwing it, Tsunade labelled it a kinjutsu and likens the technique's effects to that of poison.

Other Then That, It's A Great Rasengan Wallpapers App! Though I Wish I Could Find A Solid Naruto Shippuden Static Wallpapers App? BTW, The 4th Hokage Did Master The Rasengan Before He Died. Remember He Used It On Madara Uchiha aka Obito/Tobi When Naruto Was Born!(Samsung GALAXY Note II With Android 4.4.2 KitKat & GALAXY Tab 10.1 With Android 4.0.4 ICS)
This app when I turn my screen over the wallpaper won't fit and it gets like way big
Y does it say live. None of these wallpapers are live. Other than that the wallpapers are pretty good but it would have been a five star if these were actually live wallpapers
It only lasted on my fone for less than a minute. I downloaded it, installed it, opened it, didn't like what I saw, I uninstalled it right away
I like all of them but I noticed one of the wallpapers was not rasengan but it was chidori can y'all try not mix those up
Lots of different choices for rasengan. Maybe too many choices some where clearly not as interesting as others.
Like if this was like actually live wallpaper man I swear this would be downloaded alot and with a wayyyy higher rating 😊😊
Would really like this if it was actually a Live Wallpaper! Like the pics, but it not being live kinda defeats the purpose of it being titled a Live Wallpaper..
I like how the rasengan works in the Naruto world to show a more visual description of it to show how its done. It probably involves a lot of hard work and effort I bet :-)

I love Naruto but somebody's not listening.This app should be moved to regular wallpaper. Not live! ! Keeping it but wished I read the reviews. They should be able to creat at least one good one.
This app is horrible looked in live walplpapers tof ind this app but it wasnt there. My wallpaper also looked blurry

Let's be clear IT'S NOT A LIVE WALLPAPER. They're still images that are only applied to the homescreen I do like the pictures but it would have been better as actual live wallpaper
