Raspberry SSH Lite is an Android application designed to control your Raspberry Pi and other SSH enabled devices via SSH. Anything you can do via SSH you should be able to automate using this app.

Features include...
1. Customisable buttons. Dynamically add and remove buttons. Change the text on the buttons. Assign different commands.
2. ICMP (Ping) Monitoring for up to four Raspberry Pi devices. Quickly check to see if you are connected to your Raspberry Pi and that it's turned on. (Green = on, red = off and Yellow = Error).
3. Backup your configuration and restore them to another device.
4. Turn on debug mode to see the output from your Raspberry Pi. This can be invaluable when you are troubleshooting commands.
5. Supports multiple Raspberry Pi devices or you can use "override" mode to configure all buttons to talk to one Raspberry Pi (see app settings).
6. Strict Host Key checking. Add host keys to add additional security to your SSH connections.
7. Supports SSH keys.
8. Display the output from your command and dismiss the output when you are ready. Turn this on and off on a per button basis.
9. Clone Buttons.
10. Change the order of buttons.

Great app, just purchased the full version. One addition I would like to see is the ability to inject parameters on the command line perhaps with a %s mechanism and a pop-up to fill it.
Simple app that does just what is supposed to! Although the lite version might have had 3 to 5 buttons, or the full version might cost a little bit less..
ED25519 host keys are not supported, it seems. So a half way hardened ssh server isn't accessible. Furthermore, ssh key forwarding doesn't seem to be supported, so I cannot even use a less hardened jump host. Uninstall...
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I wanted a way to start and stop my Raspberry Pi Pandora player that my wife and kids could use. This along with an old tablet that has outlived its usefulness will make a great countertop interface.
So far this app has amazing potential. It does exactly what it says and I'll be buying the full version. Also: no ads!
Works fine.. I would like to see a feature which would had an "on" status command and an "off" status command like some other apps

Won't work says no info available after I fill in my server info. Won't accept valid password.

My pi's sole purpose is to run as my home vpn server. The lite version is perfect for me because I only need one command to check my cpu temperature. Since my phone is a client, and I am virtually connected to the server this app will still allow me to issue the command from many miles away over 4G mobile network.
This app (I'm using the free version) allows me to test my hobby projects with a simple yet very configurable tool. Very well done, app designer!
What a brilliant little app! I was using the PC start/shutdown app first but this is more versatile. 5 stars from me!
This app is great because it briefly prints the stdout message from the remote command. For example, I have a remote bash script to tell me if my garage door is open or closed and this app flashes the answer up
Can't set the color of widget buttons, but can change the in-app ones. Also, power saver appears to hinder widgets from working fully though I believe that's more of a fault with Android than the app developer
Awesome little app does exactly what I need, with none of the BS or bloat of similar apps.
any chance of a selecting a host then the button? i have a few Pi's and by the time i write what pi it is and the command half of its not showing on the button. If i could select a Host then the buttons associated with the host it would make it a lot easier.

Works well to ssh in to a rPi and shut it down, though I can't see output of any commands.
Great tool for those tasks you always run with the exact same command line every time. Like forcing updates/upgrades, stopping/starting services. rebooting, checking system status/ load/temperature/etc.
