It's a totally useless app. For example I am trying to set an appointment for renewal of learner license, but "service down due to maintenance" since many days. You click on driving schools button and there's no data. Why the heck did they even launch an app that does nothing?

I have been trying from the past few weeks to take driving test appointment but the app keeps giving me the "service down due to maintenance" error. Its been so long and still you haven't resolved the issue and then you wonder why people choose to drive without license.

Good initiative, but still a lot of room for improvement. Wanted to apply for learners permit online. After entering all the data, at the end I was advised to visit nearest license office. There is license and test centers in Chiniot (closer to me), but the map does not show this, and shows nearest license office in Faisalabad and nearest test center in Multan.

I didn't have much problem with the app BUT I believe this is totally worthless because on ground, the staff are confused and not coordinated: one day they turned me away for driving license renewel because I didn't have an appointment made. When I went on my set time, I had to wait for the officers who had their break and then join the queue.

While Scheduling Appointment, a list of available Time Slots shall be displayed. Without it one have to spend a lot of time, i.e., by selecting a most recent time slot, system looking up for its availability, declaring slot's unavailability, and then slection of next time slot. It is really annoying and wastage of time. A list of available Dates shall be displayed in a calendar form, on selecting a Date, its Available Hour Slots should be sisplayed for final selection. Hoping to be implemented.

Same issue as some others users described that i am facing maintenance message on appointment. It's have been more than a month that issue appeared and not yet resolved.

It was Good app. Now a days with Error "Service is under maintenance" Can't book appointment for Driving test.

News and events should be embedded in a text and image based form in the app our on a webpage, and not as pdf files on an extremely slow server that takes years to download. Also there is no need to have a background pattern that makes the text Infront illegible and difficult to read.

This app is worst ever ..PITB should outsource it like all other applications Always ask internet connection .while I have wifi and mobile data as well

Used to work well not working now. Since update to android 11 on realme c2 this all doesn't work, it loads but on clicking any option nothing happens. Earlier I even had advance warning of rush and road closures, kindly look into this if logs are needed will share

Every time I open the app same message appears that app is not connected with the Internet. I tried both medium ie WiFi and Data as well but the same result, app crashes. The problem have been identified by many users but PITB being the government debt pid no heed and even replied that the app is working fine. What a pity.

Whats the point of booking an appointment for driving linsence. I arrived at liberty office before appointment time they asked for appointment and entered my name on piece of paper and i have to wait more than an hour for my turn to arrive. They are so used to pen and paper desi system so much that even though system is online you have to wait as per the enteries on that paper. Rubbish! The app appointment slot system is itself flawed. So many bookings on same slots.

This app is useless, if we try to take appointment it jzt show that the app is in maintenance so it's a time wastage on it

Very cheap and bad experience I go CTO office but madam officer says we don't expect online appointment so they token from here so don't waste time on installing this app CTO sir and prees news are just soc social media advertisement

Not functional, getting error while making an appointment

Its si stupid, why do these apps need me to register immediately just to check something inthese apps. Why do you need an email address if you are asking for cnic and bise versa. No unified design system across the apps and there are no accessibility features. Terrible online experience in relation to SOPs. A problem across all PITB apps

Nice, Thanks! Route Planer updates need improvement regarding latest updates on quick / short intervals for better guidance. E-Licence Renewal need to be tranformed to Online Renewal within legal conditions for more possible convenience. Thanks for always being there for help. Thanks indeed.

App don't work properly. Whenever I tried to set an appointment, there is always a issue that "service down due to maintenance". So I don't set an appointment. Kindly resolve this issue.

The app is keep giving an error message "API Key Not Provided" while taking an online appointment for Learner driving license. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and found the same error message. Please fix this message as soon as possible.

Very good and useful app, save lot of time. I have one important suggestion, Please add profile system in this app so more than one family member can use one app. Like my father and mother don't use smart phone but they have driving license. It will be great feature.

Its a great app but sometimes keep wasting extraordinary time to answer the queries....

Can't cancel my appointment. It was available earlier but now there is no way to cancel my appointment.
