Rate Music (Album Reviews)

Needs some basic improvements, like being able to change your profile picture or being able to follow other profiles. Would also be nice to be able to have a favourites list, often times it feels a little weird to be giving an old album a score after so long, but being able to favourite it would be a good way to acknowledge that you like it. Otherwise I'm excited to see the platform grow, there doesn't really seem to be anything like it out there.

1. After I approve on the spotify website it never updates the app, so it doesn't link with my spotify, just says waiting for response. 2. Wish I could rate in decimals. 3. Would like more browsing options, not just trending, new releases and top rated.. for example, the option to browse certain types of albums such as concept albums or top matches etc

Great App with some good features. Would be good to integrate the ability to view my ratings in other orders, (best to worst, worst to best, etc) A larger list for trending and top charting albums. Searching by year and artist. Also top ratings for such. (Best of 1969, best of Bob Dylan) Also searching genres. (Best of grunge etc) Just some suggestions of things I was wanting to do when I set up my account today :) Great app for a niche group, a little more choice would be welcome.

I love the app so much ! I don't know why it isn't popular or there hasn't been album rating apps before . One day this app is gonna be the IMDB of music and it should go viral . The Design is incredible, easy to use , directly linked to spotify and with an amazing algorithm that makes it look so smooth when using it ! The developpers are constantly working on improvements and adding very smart and interesting new features . The only thing i wish is that they add a dark mode very soon ! ❤

I think this is an amazing app. I never thought I would find an app where you can rate and review album until I found this app. I have been using it since then. If there is anything i would add though, it would be the ability to rate individual songs and a decimal system (add .5 ratings to the rating system) to keep the ratings varied (examples. 6.5, 8.5, 4.5, etc.). Other than that, this app is Incredible.

Pros - - Finally an app where I can rate my albums and maintain a collection! - Follow artist feature - Overall UI and design - Seamless Spotify integration Cons/Feedback - - Really appreciate a "wishlist" and "currently listening" categories alongside my reviewed albums - If I can customize the view of my reviews from a list to say gallery view, card view etc would be great - The "sort by" option on my review list resets to default everytime I log back in

The most needed change is one to the placement system. An album with 12 ratings at a 9.2 shouldn't be the "Best" album of all time, and definitely shouldn't be 10 spots above a 9.0 with over a thousand ratings. Besides that the UI is beautiful and very intuitive, and the album information is generally accurate.

It's a great idea in principal but does seem very glitchy. It doesn't seem to recognise some of the albums I am listening to on Spotify but they appear when I manually search. I've also rated 70+ albums but have yet to receive a single recommendation.

Great app I use it every day. Very fun to scroll through and rate a bunch of albums. Very good recommendations after a while of rating. I've begun liking every one and look forward to the notification. I do suggest crowdsourcing Genres. I would do Genres on more unknown albums but otherwise great app.

The app has a lot of bugs like the albums has duplicates and the recommendations are repetitive. Please fix that. And here are my suggestions: - add "like" and "dislike" buttton on the album. - rate each songs individually to estimate the real album rate.

A solid app that could use a few changes. The option to give a half of a star would be very nice, but besides that, the layout is clean and very user friendly.

Text limit? Pass I have a lot to say about albums sometimes and the fact that this app has a text limit is lame. Decent design but it needs work too.

Love the app. Only have 2 suggestion. Dark mode and the ability to rate songs individually and that creates an average for my overall rating. This would prompt me to give a 5/5

Great app, however I wouldn't hesitate leaving to another if there was a decimal system in place else where. Please add this, as it would make the user experience much more expansive.

Great stuff. Also help sync with Amazon Music/Gaana. Would like to see how many people rated the album. Would also like to rate individual songs.

Good app with lacking features!!!!! This app does not provide any description for the albums, which is a very much required thing.

Rated over 60 albums and it still can't recommend albums, and suggests I rate more. Search function works well though

if youre looking for a music app like letterboxd, this isnt it, but maybe a few updates could change that :)

Unable to see what you are typing when writing a review as the keyboard goes over the whole text field. Please fix this.

I see this is a relative new app and I am in love with it. Its simple but works incredibly well. Im very optimistic about the future of this app. Congratulations devs!

Does the job described and is functional. Would be greatly improved if individual song ratings were added.

It's a great app, but for some reason I can't load into my account please fix the servers.

Fun little app to rate music, would definitely recommend, it could use some new users!
